Episode description

SON ch 38

"Parting is such sweet sorrow." Scratch that! Goodbyes flat-out suck! And that's what Diana has to deal with in this chapter; saying goodbye to her father -- although technically, not really -- but we get it. The fact that these two will never meet each other again (or WILL they?!) is not lost on us. At least there was a date night with Matthew to sweeten things up (sigh). In the end, Diana's OK, and we survive. Our All Souls lives are much sweeter having met Stephen Proctor - Dorky Dad, observant guest, wise man, kind and forgiving father. Thanks in advance for tolerating Val's audio (she's just going to blame Jerry and move on)! We hope you enjoy our take on chapter 38 of Shadow of Night.

* Our episode titles are a loving tribute to the show "Friends" just 'cause we love Friends and - let's face it - it's easier! Here's how one of the show creators explains their reasoning:

Jeff Greenstein: "When Marta & David & Jeff & I did 'Dream On', we used to spend a lot of time thinking about titles, because they were on-screen at the top of each episode. On "Friends", we decided that was a waste of time. We figured, why not name each episode after the thing that people will ostensibly be talking about around the water-cooler the next day?"
