Chris Clay of Texas has been fighting a battle that until this point we have never heard. Chris has a daughter whose mom tragically died while having a live in boyfriend of 11 months. Chris had 50/50 custody and half of the time with his daughter while the mom was alive, so upon death custody should be awarded to the father correct?
Not exactly.....
The mothers boyfriend is now suing Chris for custodial rights of his daughter. A perfectly fit, capable, loving father is fighting for rights against a boyfriend.
