51 - The Year Ahead (w/Melissa Belzer)

On Episode 51, we talk about goals. 

It is one thing to write your goals down and tuck them away to never be looked at again. A year from now, you sit down to go through the practice of writing them down again only to fall into the same trap. 

What if you made those goals public? 

That is what I do on this podcast.

Will I achieve them all? We shall all see. What it will do is put them out there and force me to work towards them with an intensity you don't see in someone who doesn't share them with others.

Put them out there. If people ridicule you, who cares? Your dreams may not align with the naysayers.

Publish 2 books. Audible versions of 2 Dad's Rules Books. 

Dad's Rules Podcast @ 2 episodes minimum a week.

Complete 1st draft of Dad's Rules book #3.

12 agents on my team. 

7 figure income.

Personal:

Like to see the car I ordered.

Work on next house project.

Purge the crap
