29 - Challenges, Excuses and Solutions

Day after the election. If you are hearing this, neither party blew up America. Half of you are pissed off. Heck, maybe all of you are, right?

So, in this episode, I decided to dive into the challenging times we are in. We talk about the elections, economy, gas prices, inflation, possibility of war, the housing market, rates and rents.

Guess what? All of that is macro and will only effect you as much as you let it. 

Are you using these issues as excuses for why you can't possibly succeed? Are they your crutch, reason to fail, the answer to why you life is not where you want it to be?

They aren't the answer. We will go over a five step solution that will get you back on track.

1) Turn off the news.

2) Collect your thoughts.

3) Rule #15 - The 30 Minute Whine

4) Set a new target.

5) Put all your energy into the solution and drown out the excuses.
