12 - Unsubscribe Part III

Today, we will wrap up Rule #20 - Unsubscribe. 

This one was such a big deal to me that I couldn't see glossing over it. We spend so much time being distracted by outside sources. While many may have value, we are only human. We will find a way to abuse them. 

We quickly recap the previous two part and then dive into the topic at hand. The two main points in this episode are around two questions. What else are you putting into your head? Why should you unsubscribe.
