10 - Unsubscribe Part I

In this episode, we will go over Rule 20 - Unsubscribe. This rule will be featured in my upcoming book, Dad's Rules Get Off My Lawn. I had so many pages of notes, I decided to break this up into a few parts. 

In Part I, we set a foundation by go over social media, blogs and podcasts. We talk about the lack of silence we let into our lives now and how the constant white noise is keeping up from fully realizing what we can become. I am not opposed to social media, podcast and blogs, but I do cover some questions you need to ask yourself about the time spent in them.
