Marvyn is a strategy consultant, father of 2, and founder of a group called Dope Black Dads, which is a strong network of black dads who communicate regularly on the important topics that guys rarely talk about or seek out peer advice on.
He has a great system for developing trust, accountability, and even calling BS on your closest friends as they work towards becoming the best dads they can.
I had a blast talking with Marvyn talking about not just dope black dads, but his life story and approach to parenting.
