I finally made some time to sit with my man Coach Ken. He is a coach at the Rock School and was a teacher to my children for 2yrs. I've always seen him being a standup man and dad so it was only right to sit with him and hear his story. We spoke about his upbringing, the effects of fatherlessness, opening his home up to others, and the importance of downtime.
