Another milestone set, episode 80! 20 away from 100! I reached out to a brother way out in Tulsa, OK on Instagram for this episode. He is a professional life coach who has worked with the likes of Toby Keith, Bernice King, and Myles Monroe. He is also an Emmy Award winning film producer. For 2hrs I sat back and soaked in much wisdom from him concerning life principles including the importance of meditation, Black Wall Street, giving yourself grace, growing up as a pastor's kid, and allowing our kids to talk through their problems.
