There are so many different conversations in today's world, and many people are throwing words around left and right. Titles are being given, lines are being drawn, and many of us agree that very few people pay attention to who they are assaulting or offending. When we consider that many of our leaders are engaging in this verbal abuse, we realize that there has to be a change. In today's episode, we discuss the weight of our words and how they can damage relationships. We also take a deep dive into four main negative elements that a leader can demonstrate that will destroy a group by leading them down a dangerous and misguided path.
