Let's go! The world is changing faster than ever. Svět se mění rychleji než kdy jindy. Now is a good time to rethink assumptions about the inability to change the world. Nyní je vhodný čas přehodnotit domněnky o neschopnosti změnit svět. Before criticizing the world, I make my own bed. Než budu kritizovat svět, ustelu si vlastní postel. The world needs enthusiasm. Svět potřebuje nadšení. Anybody that loves anything is cool. Každý, kdo miluje cokoliv, je cool.

Optimists tend to be successful and pessimists tend to be right. Optimisté bývají úspěšní a pesimisté mívají pravdu. As people experience fewer problems, we don't become more satisfied, we begin searching for new problems. I have many flaws, like anybody, except perhaps a few more. Mám mnoho nedostatků, jako každý, snad kromě několika dalších.

I love doing difficult things with other people who want to do difficult things. Rád dělám těžké věci s jinými lidmi, kteří chtějí dělat těžké věci. In life we must choose our regrets. V životě si musíme vybrat své litování. You can have anything but you can't have everything. Můžete mít cokoliv, ale nemůžete mít všechno. People who focus on what they want rarely get what they want.

People who focus on what they have to offer get what they want. If you make beautiful choices, you are beautiful. Pokud děláte krásná rozhodnutí, jste krásní. You don't truly know what you think until you write it down. Opravdu nevíš, co si myslíš, dokud to nenapíšeš. Only that which is measured can be optimized. Optimalizovat lze pouze to, co se měří. When a measure becomes an outcome it ceases to be a good measure.

If you don't know where you're going, it doesn't matter which path you take. Consistency doesn't guarantee you will be successful. But inconsistency will guarantee that you won't be successful. Důslednost nezaručuje, že budete úspěšní. Ale nedůslednost vám zaručí, že nebudete úspěšní. Sometimes the demand for answers outstrips the supply.

Někdy poptávka po odpovědích převyšuje nabídku. Sometimes things happen without anyone involved wanting it to. Někdy se věci dějí, aniž by si to někdo zúčastněný přál. A friend invites you to a wedding, despite not wanting you there, because he thinks you want to attend. You attend the wedding, despite not wanting to, because you think he wants you there.

One sentence that everyone should believe about themselves. I'm enough. Jedna věta, které by měl o sobě věřit každý. stačí mi. I love aging and dying. Miluji stárnutí a umírání.
