7. We all have trauma

In Part 1 of my interview series with hypnotherapist and holistic healer, Aoife Griffin, we look at the word 'trauma.'  

Many people have the misconception that trauma must be brought about from having truly horrific Marvel-comic-origin-story worthy experiences.  But simply put, it's not.   

We demystify trauma a little here and share part of our own personal experiences and stories from clients.
