There is a famous saying I’m not sure who it was but if I do not know anything I wake up early that’s very true statement because if you ask any successful person they have mastered their morning routine. They usually wake up early spend 5 to 10 minutes on meditation then focus half an hour on physical activity followed by one or two hours of reading so this should be your routine for your career success
