• It took us nearly a year to get the first customer. We were given an opportunity, and this was, I would say, something that really motivated us even more to keep going.
• The customer always wants something new, but how do you really ensure that your product is evolving based on what the customer wants, even though it isn't something that is really in your roadmap?
• Compartmentalize the bad days. Don't let them get into your time with your family, your friends or your time as a sportsman.
