Episode description

Have you ever tuned in to the voice in your head, the one that's constantly commenting on how good or bad you are, how well or poorly you're doing? What do you hear? Is your inner voice kind, supportive, and friendly? Or is it cruel, critical, and judgmental? Many of us have come to think that the harsh inner critic is just who we are.

Listen a little longer, and you might start to wonder, "Who does this voice remind me of? How did this voice get in here and gain so much power? Is this voice truly helping me achieve my goals and dreams? What would it be like to live with an inner voice that was compassionate and encouraging, rather than mean and judgmental?"

In this episode, Dr. Stephani Jahn and I talk about learning to like ourselves (even with our flaws and imperfections), and why we encourage you to do the same.
