Episode description

This week we chat with the phenomenal psychotherapist and yoga teacher Zoe Klein. Our early relationships form our human development and often mirror all relationships in our lives. We talk on how to regulate our emotions and why as humans we love comfort, we resist change, why our body's love safety and familiarity even if that familiar feeling is a negative and toxic. We always gravitate to what is familiar. We cover relationships (yes toxic relationships), how to get to know yourself better, the difference between cognitive belief and an embodied belief.

Therapy is not just about talking about your feelings, it's about feeling your feelings and knowing what your body goes through with a feeling. The big emotion we chat about is grief. Zoe talks about her own personal experience with grief and losing a parent.
