Heartbreak to Euphoria
Episode description
Imagine it's your first pregnancy, your first child and everything runs smoothly all the way up until the birth. We wanted to celebrate the amazing place that is the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne and their Good Friday Appeal with a personal story of someone who had experienced the phenomenal team and facilities. Katie Declase opens up about her time in the Royal Children's Hospital and how lucky we are to have one of the worlds leading Children's Hospitals here in Melbourne.
This Good Friday please dig deep because there is no doubt that you know someone who has had loved one spend time in the RCH. The amazing brand Bambi Mini are donating all proceeds from their GFA x Bambi Mini sock collaboration to the vital work at the RCH. There are two fun designs that come in two sizes: junior for children aged 2-4 years; and youth for those aged 5-8 years, with the products available for $4.99 per 2 pack at ChemistWarehouse stores within Victoria and online nation-wide via www.bambiminico.com.au and www.chemistwarehouse.com.au. The collaboration was inspired by Raffi Verrocchi, brand founder Nicole’s son, after he was diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in 2020 when he was just two-years old.
