You're a therapist, a stylist and at 50 years of age you decide to start your own business, a label Caz Inc which has gone on to win Ethical Label of the year for 2021 and 2022. This is the amazing story and conversation with Caz Rowland who came across issues in sourcing ethically made clothes and the right cuts for real women with changing body shapes so started her own label.
