We have been waiting to do an episode like this! We wanted to chat about protein but we got so much more out of this conversation with Ben Cant aka Benny Lifts. Ben is a biochemist from a previous life but now focuses on coaching people for better health and a better life.


How much protein should women be eating? Does the quality of the protein matter? Fat's especially Omega 3's why you need to start incorporating this nutrient into your life. What is the difference between hunger vs craving?


Ben talks us through so much and how small habit changes can change the way you eat (fight or flight mode) and how these behaviour changes can lead to better choices and better health.
