75: BeNN Griffin on a Social Mission

Third time = nailed it. It's a good thing because we sit down with Benn Griffin, one of the best humans in Northeast ultra running. Benn directs races for the Berkshire Ultra Runners Community for Service (or BURCS for short, the "f" is silent) and he's spent countless hours raising a lot of money for various charities and amazing causes. Benn teaches and coaches XC and he's rad. One of our best episodes ever. #special
