164: MS Run the US with Kevin Hoegler
Episode description
Kevin Hoegler was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at 18 years old. Kevin decided that sitting around was not to be his path, and has instead continued his lifelong journey of self examination and challenge through ultra running. Running 100 miles in under 24 hours is not an easy task, especially for a new runner. We talk a little Jersey, a little hockey, and a lot about what it means to face huge challenges. Kevin is also planning to run a 220 mile leg of an across the country relay to raise funds and awareness for MS.
