Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to Wednesday Service, Episode five. I am your host, Josh Monday. If you don't know me, I'm a Christian rapper, devoted husband, father, father, and Army veteran. And this is Wednesday Service brought to you by Cult of Conspiracy Podcast. Thank you Jonathan, Thank you Jacob for allowing me to have this Wednesday Service. I really appreciate it, and thank you Lord for allowing us as well. So
I appreciate everybody's prayer that prayed for my son. He so on February first, a few nights ago, at one ten am, he was born and he was only twenty one weeks and four days and according to the hospitals then that's not a viable age. So he did pass away and it was very very traumatic for me and
my wife. I just got back from the hospital yesterday and my wife was you know, it was traumatic for my wife, but she had to go through the whole whole entire delivery process and the hospital and what they do is they they kind of they assessed the situation and when they know it's not viable, then they just induce you. They put some pills in her mouth that kind of slowly digested, and it lasted about thirty minutes and then it started the contractions. And what happened was
we went to the hospital. You guys deserve to know this because you know, you guys were all praying for me and stuff. So when we went to the hospital, my wife kind of started having contractions. So we went in. She was on bed rest, like for a whole entire week. She was doing whatever she could to keep the baby
in the womb. And her water had already broke, you know, so she's kind of, you know, doing her best to keep hydrated, keep fluid, and she was on bed rest and she was such a soldier that she was even you know, not even getting up to use the rstion, you know, just bedpanning and everything. Such a beautiful, you know mom she is, you know, for for you know what a beautiful wife and a beautiful mom. You know.
She she just did her very best to keep that baby. Uh, his name is Aspen, his middle name is Psalms, and his last name is Monday. So he he, She was doing everything to keep Aspen in her her womb, you know. And what happened was she started having contractions, and well she she started having contractions and and they were they were hitting like every thirty minutes. So I took her to the hospital and the doctor was like, we need to do an exam and see how dilated you are.
And they looked with this this is this thing that's like it's called the speculum, and they looked and she said, oh, I could see the foot. So I was like, oh no, you know, those contractions that my wife was having was kind of pushing the baby slowly, slowly and more down. Now she went on bed rest for even another like fourteen hours and stopped the contractions. So I was like, okay, this is good news. But the doctor was telling us that the baby doesn't have enough fluid in the placenta.
You know, there's no fluid showing, so that means that the only fluid that's being produced is when the baby basically goes to the bathroom or my wife drinks, and then what happens is it goes through the placenta and then it leaks out where the water broke. So he was kind of in a tough spot, you know, and you guys were all praying for us, and like I said, I really I super appreciate everybody that was praying. And I would have never put my business out there if
I didn't need prayer. You know, I needed prayer. You know, this is like the Guinness Book of World Records. I think was something like twenty one weeks the baby's born. My baby's twenty one weeks, four days. They're telling us that if the baby's born at twenty one weeks, nothing we could do. If the baby's born at twenty one
weeks four days, nothing we could do. If the baby's born at twenty two weeks, maybe slight we would maybe try, but so might the prayers I was trying to ask everybody was to keep that baby in the womb, and you guys all prayed. I really appreciate everybody on my YouTube was praying. I'm sure God received a lot of prayers for this baby, But I personally the way I feel as a man and as a Christian man, I believe what the Bible says that absent from the body
present with the Lord. So I believe that when Aspen passed away as he was being delivered, which he didn't come out with being being able to breathe, he died during delivery. I believe as soon as he passed away and he died, fully, I believe that absent from the body, he's present with the Lord. And I was going to be his heavenly father obviously, or his heavenly dad, I would say, and not heavenly, I'm sorry, his earthly dad, right. I was in that position to be his earthly dad.
And I feel like I could, you know, do my very best to be a great dad. I got three kids, and then he would be my fourth, you know, my only son. And I could definitely try my best to be a great earthly dad for this baby. But what better father, what you know, for my baby to have than our father in heaven, you know. So I believe absent from the body present with the Lord, he's with Jesus, he's with God, he's with the Holy Spirit, you know,
he's he's up in heaven. And and I just pray that the way that heaven works, you know, the baby. The Bible's not clear that we're gonna go see our family and hang out with our family, like, you know, I don't know what our role is in heaven, you know, but I you know, I hope that it's that heaven is like you know, you get to heaven and you see your family and you recognize each other, you know,
when you're in your glorified heavenly bodies. But you know, it was just different because my wife has had me carriages in the past, and that's you know, that's basically that all that's taken care of in the in the womb, and you know, blood comes out and it's you know, we've had a few of those miscarriages before and those definitely affect me and it definitely affects my wife. This time, we had twins and one of them passed away in the womb, and then we had you know, Aspen was
still there and he was lasting. He was doing great. So but this time it was different because she uh because of the water breaking and and you know just how long it it took at least a week for everything to kind of happen, and he was in the womb and just knowing that you can't do anything about like trying to replenish that water. And and another thing is he was breached, and when you're breached, it means
that you're coming feet first, and that's another thing. So like everything that could go wrong was was kind of going wrong, you know, So I let it God's will. If it's his will, I let it be done. And nothing I could do, you know, I just I've gained a lot of resilience from being in the military. I was in the Army, and I've been through resilience classes, and i went through basic training, and I went through deployment, and I went through different scenarios that make you prepare,
prepare you for life. So when anything that I've ever been through in the military, like nothing I've been in the civilian world even compares to that. So I always look at it like I always look at it like like anything I could do in the civilian world wouldn't ever compare to what I had to go through in the army. So I feel that this scenario, even though it was it was very hard. I think, I'm okay.
You know, my wife, it's harder for her because she's used to having the baby move around inside of her and now the baby's you know, out and gone, you know, so that's a different connection. Me as the father of the baby, I have the connection as well. But you know, the connection that I had that kind of hurt me was that it would be my first son. You know, I have three daughters, and my wife doesn't have my wife's mom, uh and and her dad, they don't they
don't have any grandkids that are that are boys. They're all girls. So we were kind of very excited to have our first boy. And uh, you know, so that connection, it definitely it hurts. But when you're a Christian and you have faith in the Lord, and you have faith and and and you and knowing that all everything you do in life is to try to get to heaven.
For God to give my baby boy a a like a straight to heaven pass, some people might feel like that's terrible, and that's horrible, but I have faith that he went to heaven and he doesn't have to go through everything we have to go through here, the struggle, the pain, the agony, the you know, the spiritual battles, that the devil can't touch him like he could touch maybe my other kids in different ways or you know,
influence my kids in other ways. You know. So I feel like he just had a first like a straight get out of jail free boom, straight to heaven. So in a way, when you look at it, and from a Christian standpoint and a spiritual standpoint and not the physical. The physical. Yes, it hurts, you know, hurt my feelings.
And we they allow you to have the baby in the room for as long as you want, you know, to to you know, some people they you know, they they heal differently, you know, so that was the hard thing, you know, to have the baby in the room, you know, and they you know, it was just that was very difficult. But anyways, I just want to tell you, guys, from the bottom of my heart, from the bottom of my
wife's heart, thank you guys for the prayers. I see the comments that you left below on Spotify that you were you prayed for us, and man when when a lot of people are praying at once, I'm sure the Lord you know, loves that, you know, because you know, he knows that everybody has compassion that's praying, and you know, and a passion for what we do here, you know. So like I said, I really appreciate you, and I thank you, and I really do. I really appreciate it.
So but the show must go on, right, so we need to get back to the Bible. So let's let's go ahead and do that. Let's jump to Matthew eighteen and uh, it's going to be Matthew eighteen to one and everybody that's listening. One thing I want to ask is I love to see the comments on Spotify. I love to see the comments that you guys leave in the review for Apple. I love to see that because I don't really get to talk to you guys. And if you guys do want to talk to me, just
feel free excuse me. A lot of you guys have DM me at Josh Monday Underscore podcast. That is my Instagram, so you can DM me, and if you have any questions, if you have prayer request, or if you're going through a spiritual battle in some way and you need some advice,
feel free to hit me up. But I do like to see the comments below on Spotify, you know, saying you know certain things you know like it kind of it's in a way, it's kind of like you're communicating to me, you know, because it's hard to I don't know how many people are all listening to the show, but it's a way you can communicate. And if you want to take it one step further, you can always DM me and I always answer, you know, I always answer,
even and in most moments you'll see me answer you guys. So, like I said, thank you guys for the prayer and everything. Just such an amazing, amazing how Christ works and how the Body of Christ works. It's from the bottom of my heart, thank you. So all right, So we're on Matthew eighteen, verse one, and the title of this verse it says who is the Greatest? So it says at that time the disciples came to Jesus saying, who then
is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Then Jesus called a little child to him, sat him in the midst of them, and said, assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become a little children, you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in my name, receives me. So who is the greatest? Like? Why are the disciples even arguing about that?
You know what, they're Jewish, So they're thinking that Jesus is going to start a kingdom on earth, you know, like an earthly kingdom, Like that's that's what they're they're thinking that he's going to be a king on the earth, he's going to be ruling. But really Jesus is talking about the Kingdom of Heaven, which is where he is, the king of kings, you know, the lord of lords. He is. He holds the key to heaven, to Hell
and in the earth. So Jesus is letting him know that you need to be as innocent as this child. And also, like with with children, you could tell a child like, you know, you could be like oh, and then your child will be like is that a rooster? Like, yeah, that's a rooster outside. They'll believe you, you know, so you need to you know, it's really about believing in Jesus whether you see him or not. Even though the disciples saw Jesus for us, we don't get to see Jesus,
you know. So we got to understand that. And I say, unless you converty be kime as little children, you will no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Now, what does Jesus say that we need to do. He says that we need to be like a child. He actually says we need to be born again. We need to be born again for us to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Right, so we need to be born again, So we need to be innocent as a child. And also when you come to the Bible, you need to come as a child.
Don't come as some theologian, some Harvard grads, some Yale grad student. That's so smart and intelligent that you could pick everything that the Bible says and say, oh, I can counter that. I can counter that because the Bible says this, well, science says this. What you need to do is you need to take all your preconceived biases, you place them to the side, and you read the Bible knowing that this is the truth. Proverbs thirty verse five says, do not add to the the word right.
It also says, I think it's in Deuteronomy. Do not add to the word, because the word of God is pure. All scriptures inspire by God is what Paul says, right and two Timothy, All scriptures inspire by God. If you understand also that God cannot lie Titus one two. It's impossible for God to lie Hebrews six eighteen. You understand that when you're listening to this Bible, you have to accept it if you want to believe. If you want to have faith, you have to accept it as absolute
truth because it's inspired by whom, by God. And then everything that Jesus is saying, if you believe Jesus is God and Jesus cannot lie, you need to take this seriously, right, but you need to take it as a child, and take all your traditions, take everything you've learned from your pastor take everything you've learned from as a Baptist, non Baptist,
as a Pentecostal. This so all that stuff that you've learned, place it to the side when you're reading the Word of God because a a lot of this stuff is traditions that man has placed upon religion. But this is the Bible. Now, this is what this is the meat well your pastor teaches you on Sunday. If they're teaching you from the Bible, from the Word of God, then that's great. But sometimes they mix man made traditions, man
made religion and all that stuff. When you think you're a theologian and you're so smart and you know this, and you know that you're placing that on the people that you're teaching to, you need to come at the Bible like a child. You need to come to God like an innocent child, ready to receive the message, not speak the message. You need to have two ears one mouth, two ears to listen, one mouth to speak. Yes, but you need to receive the word you understand. So you
need to come as a child. So that's hard for people to do, because you know what, you have to swallow your pride, put everything on the altar and allow the Bible to teach you and allow you and your pride and everything that's stopping you from receiving get place to the side, your preconceived biases that you've learned and been and put all this stuff in your mind, pull that out, stick it to the side, and come to the Bible like a child, and you will be the
greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. That's what Jesus is all against religion, all against these Pharisees, letting him know like, you guys are all filled with all these man made traditions and things, and you're the way you're interpreting the Bible, but you're wrong. So obviously Jesus is letting another wrong.
So Jesus warns of offenses. But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of offenses, for offenses must come, but woe to the man by whom the offenses comes. So whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and we were drowned to the depth of
the sea. So understand something that there's things that people do to cause other people to stumble. And when the person is saved, and he's saying, woe to those that are causing those people to stumble, because those are Jesus's little ones. Okay, he's connecting that verse to that verse. So he's talking about the people that are coming to him as a child whoa to those who were causing them to sin. So there's bad influences in your life
that caused you to sin. But you as a as a man and a woman, need to understand what are what you know, what triggers would cause you to sin, you know, so you have to also be mindful yourself it's not just that person's fault all the way. It's also your fault too for even putting yourself in that position. But there are people that cause other people to sin, whether it's a friend, whether it's a person that is a drug dealer, whether it's a person that does pornography.
Those those women and men that are having sex on screen, they're causing people to stumble. They are ruining marriages, they are ruining people's sex life. They are ruining people like that.
You know, people that are causing people to you know, like bars that are open, and there's people that have problems with drinking and they're driving down the street and they're trying to get right with the lord, and they finally get right with the lord, and then they get in an argument with their wife and then they see that bar, you know, or their friends says, hey, man, let's go to the bar and have a drink. Oh I don't drink anymore. Oh dude, just have one. Okay,
bloom drink and then boom, you are stumbling. So and then also there's something if you want to take it to the absolute extreme, there's some people that have done sends. Two actual little ones, actual children, and that is like a generational curse when that happens where it's causing that kid to stumble and then maybe he stumbles on somebody else. I know, you guys are probably understanding what I mean,
but that is absolute terrible. But he's saying it's better for him to have a millstone or hung around his neck if he were drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world because of offenses. Now, let's let's we can go to the strongs accordance real quick and let's go to Matthew chapter six. Excuse me, and uh, let's see what he means by that, because the Greek is very precise. So that's one thing I do, Like you know about the about the Greek, woe to them
because of offenses, it's probably what it means. But I just want to make sure. The movable stick or trigger of a trap a trap, a snare, So woe to the world because of the snares, For snares must come, but go to the man whom they the offense comes or the trap an impediment placed in the way causing one to stumble or fall. That's what that means. It's a strong g scondalong scandaloon. That's what that word means applied to Jesus, whose person and career was so contrary
to the expectations of the Jews concerning the Messiah. They're rejected by him, by their made shipbreak of their salvation. Any person or thing which is entrapped, drawn into air or sin so go to the world because of snares or traps or like I said, the world would be the bars. The world would be the drugs. The world would be the prostitution. The world would be massage parlors. The world would be strip clubs. The world would be pornography. The world would be uh, you know, addiction to money,
or addiction to gambling, or addiction to anything. You know that that's what the world would be. Alcohol, drugs, bars, clubs, people looking, you know, addicted to women, whatever it is. You know, it's saying, whoa to the man by whom the snares come or the sin comes. Yeah, so understand it's it's it's very serious. That's why Jesus is saying it's very serious, and we don't understand that. You know, believe me, I've been that that guy that is causing my friends to stumble. I used to be I used
to love to drink. I used to love to do drugs. I used to love to do cocaine. I used to love to chase women. I used to love to go to parties. I used to love to do drugs. Like I was that guy I was causing people to stumble. And I understand that Jesus is talking to these people in this day and age. But you can also there's there's a spiritual aspect that you can learn from these verses. Okay, so he is talking to the Jews at this very moment, but this app this can be an application to our
lives that we're supposed to learn from this. If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you, it is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. If your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you, it is better for you to enter into life with one eye rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire. So this
is serious. You know that he's not literally telling you to cut your eye out, but what he's trying to say to you is if your eyes causing you to stubble, if you have like lust of the eyes, you need to correct that, you know, you need to correct that.
If you have a problem with, for example, watching your phone and let's say you look at Instagram and it causes you to stumble, and then it castes you to get into you know, pornography or whatever, then then your phone needs to be put somewhere or locked some kind of lock on it to where you can't access that, or you need to take that and put it upstairs and have a charge next to your wife when you go and do stuff instead of having it with you
in the bathroom or having it wherever. It's causing you to stumble. If you have some kind of trigger, it actually says right here, movable stick or trigger of a trap, like a trigger that causes you to do certain things. Causes you to smoke cigarettes, cause you to smoke weed, causes you to think about doing some type of drug. You need to those triggers. You need to correct those,
you know. So that's really what I think the gist of this versus UH talking about that if your hand or foot causes you to sind cut it off, like, cast it from you. Whatever causing you to sin, you need to cast it from you. If there's a woman in your life that you're not equally yoked with that is causing you to sin, or beating you or hating you, or if there's a man in your life that's that's hating you or beating you, or cheating on you, or causing adultery, whatever it is. Like you see, you need
to cut it off. Because it's better to cut off that relationship than it is to for you to get and go to hell. That's what Jesus is saying. You know, I'm not saying that to stop the marriage. That that's different. That's gonna be a little bit later. I'm just telling you, like, if there's somebody in your life causing you to stumble, cut them out of your life, and do it in a Christian sense. Once you're saved, you are now Jesus's
little one. You don't need to allow people to influence you at that point that's going to cause you to stumble. If there's people in your life that are causing you just stumble that are not saved, cut them out. If there's family members that are not saved that are causing you to stumble. You can keep them at a distance. Say I love you and I understand, but if you're causing me to do this, I don't want to be
around you. Because it's better that you don't live your life stumbling and stumbling with this person than it is for you to end up in hell. You see what I mean. It's better. This is a physical reality we live in, but we're really living for the Kingdom of God because we're saved. Now the parable of the lost sheep, and this is definitely a lot of us were lost sheep. That's for sure, the parable of the lost sheep. Take heed, this is Matthew eighteen, verse ten. Take heed that you
do not despise one of these little ones. For I say to you that in heaven they're angels. Always see the face of my Father, who is in heaven, for the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. Take heed to what you despise of one of these little ones, For I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father, who is in heaven, For the son of Man has
come to save the lost. So what do you think if a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety nine and go to the mountains to seek that one who is straying? And if he should find it, as surely I say to you, he rejoices more than the sheep, then the other ninety nine that did not go astray. Even so, it is not the will of your father who is in heaven that one of these little ones
should perish. So we I mean, I was definitely one of those lost sheep that God found because I was, you know, before I joined the army and before I got my stuff together, I was definitely a loss to sheep.
And thank God because there are these ninety nine that are that are following being obedient, going to church the whole life and never tasting that party life, never tasting that drug, never tasting that prostitution, never tasting that let me hook up with this woman, this woman, this woman, never tasting that club life or going to parties or
never they never tasted that worldly things. They just continue to just follow God and and you know, probably didn't have sex to they were married, and there were versins to their married and maybe a high school sweetheart, and their parents took them to church, and their parents stayed together, no divorce, you know, they live that that that life, you know, and they ended up just staying on the on that that that right path. But there's a lot
of us, like myself, that parents divorced. You know. My dad did some terrible thing and got caught selling drugs and then went to jail. And my mom she could you know, it was hard for her to take care of us because she didn't have the money. So we were just lost in the sauce. And the only thing that I found was was, you know, friends. You know, I wanted friends and party and I wanted to hang out. And my dad used to let us drink and do drugs at the house, and he said, I'd rather you
do drugs in front of me than do drugs out there. Right. So I like doing cocaine at a young age, like fourteen fifteen, did a acid, did shrooms, got to experience all that, you know, And I was definitely a lost sheep before God found me. But what I'll tell you is from what I've seen, like look at Paul, like he was murdering Christians. He was killing Christians, he was
following the Torah. He was trying to like he was just like either at one hundred and fifty percent or zero, and then he got saved by Jesus, you know, and and he ended up being one hundred percent into God right and and he and he was the nice for the gentiles. Right. So all I want to say is, even though some of us are that lost sheep, once we are found, I've seen a lot of people that have gone through the trenches and have done some crazy things in their life. Once they get saved, they are
one hundred and fifty percent dedicated to the Lord. Because we've already done that life. We've already tasted that. We don't need to go taste it again. We've already done that. We're done with that stage of our life, and we are one hundred and fifty percent down for the Lord. Not saying we don't backslide once in a while, all I'm telling you is I've seen a lot of people that have been through the trenches and had a hard rough road that that now that they're saved there they're
doing wonderful things for the Lord. And there is some that have never tasted that life that are doing wonderful things for the Lord. But see, God knows that when he gets that sheep, that that one that that went astray, you know, it's it's just amazing that he doesn't let us perish, because we were destined for hell. We were destined for shield, you know, we were destined for that.
We were headed that way, full force, one hundred one hundred miles an hour that way, you know, and for God to give us a chance, give us grace and to you know, it says, even so, it is not the will of the Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. You know, it's not the will of the Father that we perish. God loves us. Even though we went a little sideways. The angels in heaven rejoice because that one sheep was found.
And I just think it's absolutely amazing. You know that I love this this parable because I was definitely that lost sheep. And thank God that it's it's not the will of the Father that that that I perished. Thank you Lord for not letting me die in a drunk driving accident or a drug induced driving accident or whatever. He allowed me to live and be a living testament for him. It's amazing. And you that are listening can also be that living Testament. You can be that living Testament.
You know you could be that, and some of you are that already. So, so how do we deal with the sinning brother or sister? Moreover, if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more that by mouth of two or three witnesses, every word may be established. And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church.
But if if he refuses even to hear from the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector. It's funny because Matthew was a tax collector. So for them to put that there, I thought that was funny. So this is the proper way to deal with a brother. This is what Jesus is telling us, right, This is the proper way to deal with the brother
that is sinning. So notice that it doesn't say that if your brother sins against you, go and tell the whole entire internet, and to go and tell everybody that that's that's that can that will listen what this brother did to you, so that they can all slander his name and slander and slander and talk bad about the sin that he committed and talk bad about this brother
or sister in Christ. Does Jesus say to do that, go and post it on Instagram and a YouTube and Facebook and to create a podcast that is going against this brother that's sinned against you, or to go make a TikTok post about him. No, this is not what he says. Now, this is not this is talking about a brother in Christ. Okay, I'm not you know, I don't think you should ever do that to anybody, other words, a brother in Christ or not. But do you see why why would Jesus not want you to do that?
Because we're supposed to attract people to the faith. We want to attract people to the faith. So if you see a brother sinning and you're telling every Tom, Dick and Harry and Mary and John and everybody you know, then you're slandering that person. And and that's just like everybody in the world. That's what they would do. Jesus is saying, tell him his fault between you and him alone. So if you tell your brother that's sinning. Listen, dude,
you I saw you. You you drank last night like too much and you started talking to these women being lustful and you're married. Bro. You need to stop doing that, dude, And you know you need to. You need to, you know, just come on, bro, you need to need to clear up right. And and if and if he hears you, then he and he's and he is a true saved person. He would tell you, thank you. I appreciate you letting me know that I was stumbling and I will not
do that again, thank you, brother. But if he continues to do it and he doesn't hear you, take with you one or two more that by mouth, two or three witnesses, every word may be established. Right, So you take two or three witnesses with you that are brothers in Christ with him, and then you talk to him. And if he's a saved person that is truly born again, he probably should listen at that point because you know that these brothers don't have something negative or they don't
have something out for you. They're not doing it because they gain anything. They're doing it because they you know, they care about your faith. They care about you being saved they care about you, not stumbling. They care about your family, They care about your life and everything that could happen to you. They truly care, and they look at it from a spiritual aspect and not just a
physical aspect. They're looking at it from a spiritual aspect. Right, And if he refuses to hear them, Let's say he refuses, then tell it to the church. So now the whole congregation knows, and they're gonna all come and try to counsel you. But if he refuses even to hear the church, then let him be to you like a heathen or a tax collector, basically saying, if you don't want to listen, then get out of the church and get away from me. Okay,
you are now a heathen. Just go, you know, because you're going to cause people to stumble in the church. You're going to cause people like maybe someone like me that had triggers at one time to do certain things. Maybe they could try to cause me to stumble, you know, And believe it or not, that's saying that misery Enjoy's company is so true. It'll be like a cancer in
the church. Someone like that. Now we're at Matthew eighteen eighteen. Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be in heaven. Again, I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, I am there in the midst of them. So if you notice, let's look at that
real quick. We're at a Matthew eighteen, verse eighteen. Bind on earth. What does bind mean? Let's see what that means. Bound, to bind, to fasten, fasten with chains, to throw into chains. Satan is said to bind a woman bent together by means of a demon. Right, so to bind, to put under obligation to the law, to duty, to bind to one a wife a husband, so to fasten to chains. Surely, I say do, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. Whatever you loose on Earth will be
loosen in heaven. So there's like a spiritual world happening and a heavenly world. There's there's a physical world happening. So as you bind things on earth, it is bind in heaven. Whatever you loose on Earth will be loose in heaven. So things are happening in the physical causing
reactions in the heavenly. Okay, we got to understand that, Like maeah, there's things that people do that probably cause Heaven to to feel some I would just say, feel some type of way when certain things happen on earth cause God to to feel feel remorseful, you know. But okay, again, I say to you that two or three of you, okay, So for two of them are gathered in my name,
I am there in the midst of them. So Jesus is saying, you know, as you know, when you're worshiping in my name, then I am there in the midst of you. You know. So I think that's very amazing and awesome. People need to understand that. And it says it will be done by my Father in heaven. Now he is talking to the people at that very time. Okay. So he's talking to those people at that time. To properly divide the word understand, he's talking to the Jews
at that time, the people that are in Israel. He's talking to them. But there's a spiritual aspect we can gain from this and understand that when we are gathered in Jesus's name, that he is there in the midst of us. You know he is there, so we can take comfort in that right. The parable of the unforgiving servant, and Peter came to him and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me? And I will forgive
him up to seven times. Jesus said to him, I do not say to you up to seven times, but seventy times seven, which I think is four hundred and ninety four ninety four hundred and ninety times. Therefore, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a certain king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. And when he had begun to settle accounts, one was brought to him, who
owed him ten thousand talents. But as he was not able to pay, his master commanded that he be sold with his wife and children and all that he had, and that payment be made. The servant therefore fell down before him, saying, Master, have patience with me, and I will pay you all. Then the master of the servant was moved with compassion, released him and forgave him the debt.
But listen what the servant did. But the servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denari, and he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, pay me whatever you owe. So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, have patience with me, and I will pay you all. And he would not, but went and threw him into prison till he should pay the debt. So when his fellow servants saw that what he had done, they were very grieved and came told
their master all that he had done. Then his master, after he had a call, after he had called him, said to him, you, wicked servant, I forgave you for the debt because you begged me. Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant as I had pity on you. And his master was angry and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him. How do you expect God to forgive you? You ask God to you know, Lord? Please?
You know I sin against you? You ask him a bunch of times, you know, Lord, can he please forgive me for my sins? You know? Forgive me, Lord? And God has grace and he forgives you. But then one of your fellow brothers does something to you and you slander them and talk bad about them, and you don't forgive them, and you stop talking to them. Someone in your family does that, your mom, your dad, your cousin, your aunt, whatever, and you say, I will never forgive
that person. I hate that person. That's as good as you murdering that person. When you do that, you don't understand that. But you're gonna go to God and ask him to forgive you for your sins when you're holding that grudge in your heart. That's the same exact thing that's happening right here. Jesus, God, the Holy Spirit deal with this all the time. That's why I know that Jesus is God, because he is talking about what God
goes through. You know what God goes through on a daily basis, and what you mere humans don't understand that. You continue to do this time and time again, and you expect us to forgive you. You see, and his master was angered deliver him to the tortures until he said, pay all that was due to him. You understand. So, my heavenly father, Father, sorry, my heavenly Father, this is Matthew eighteen thirty five Known, so my heavenly father will also do to you. Each of you from his heart
does not forgive his brother his trespasses. So so my heavenly Father will also do to you each of you from his heart does not forgive his brother his trespasses. So you've got to forgive. Understand, Okay, you got to be understanding. You got to be compassionate, and you have to forgive your fellow brother and sister or aunt or cousin or mom or dad like you got to put
yourself in their shoes. Even though they might do something that's super offensive to you, they're not on the same level spiritually as you at that time, So something gets could be a lot more offensive to you because you've had time to spiritually grow and you've learned how to handle situations better than other people that haven't. Some people they don't have the Bible, they don't have a moral compass to go off of someone. Someone does something to you,
their moral compass is off because it not saved. They haven't been properly born again, they haven't been properly taught the Bible. They have not been taught the ways of God. So when they do something to you, it's because they're not at that spiritual level that maybe you're at. So when you don't forgive them, you're not understanding the way that their mind works. You're not understanding the way that they haven't been saved and they haven't gone through the
things that you've gone through. So I think it's vastly important to forgive, forgive what is the worst something. Now there's some people I've seen literally that are in court. The murderer is right there of this man's daughter, this man's son, right in front of him, and he says, I forgive you, and it makes that murderer fall to his knees, and it maybe makes it so that murderer finds out that that gentleman that forgave him is Christian, and maybe that murderer would convert and get saved and
be born again. I think it was the Green River Killer something like that, and the man a lot of the people that he murdered, they were coming in there and all the people that were like family members of the victims was telling him, you know, I hate you, I you know whatever, just really hurtful things to that guy, and he was just sitting there. But one came this old man and he told them, you know what, I
forgive you. And you don't understand that that serial killer had tears coming down his eyes and down his face because he you know, you never know what someone has gone through in their life or caused them to become that kind of person. But for that man to stand there and say, I forgive you, and you know you need Jesus whatever everything else he said, I mean, it's just really powerful for the person that committed the act.
And also it's very powerful for the people and the audience that are watching that what does that man have that I don't have? How can he be so forgiving to that person? What does that man have? He has Jesus, He is born again, he is Christian. It causes people to want to ask you about the faith instead of you having to go and evangelize to them. You're living so great that they come and ask you. You see, that is truly being in a disciple of the Lord.
That people notice it in your personality. They notice how you act, how you know, they notice everything like and it attracts people to the faith by your actions. That is the best way. So that is Matthew eighteen. That was really awesome. I love that chapter. And now we're going to get into what I talked about earlier, which is marriage and divorce. Now it came to pass. This is Matthew nineteen one if you're following along, And this
is the new King James version. Okay. Like I always say, I read this version because I like the King James and this is a little easier for me to read, and I don't want to stumble when I'm speaking, so I try to try to read this a little smoother for me. Now it came to pass when Jesus had finished these sayings that he departed from Galilee and came to the reason of Judea before the Jordan and great
multitudes follow him, and he healed them. There. The Pharisees also came to him, testing him and saying to him, is it lawful for a managed divorce his wife for just any reason? So the Pharisees are trying to catch Jesus in a trap, you see the other They're trying to do that. They're constantly trying to do that. They want to make him look bad to the people, and they're trying to make him break the law of God
in some way. And Jesus is so smooth with his answers, and it says, and he answered, this is a matthew nineteen verse four. And he answered and said to them, have you not read what He who made them at the beginning? Made them male and female? And said, for this reason, a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. One two. You become one flesh. So
then there are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let man, let not man separate. So when you become married with your wife, and you know what, I know you guys think that marriage is like going to a chapel and getting married. And I know you guys think that getting married is that certificate you get from the state of California. Not all of you, guys, but some people believe that. But believe it or not. Marriage in the Bible is when you have intimate relations
with a woman. That is marriage. You become one with that person. You understand it is a lot deeper. When you have sex with a person, is a lot deeper than you think. And it's like two boards when you glue them together. You glued them together. Let's we'll talk
about actual marriage here. You know, well, just just for your guys' sake, but you become one with your wife, right And if you glue these wood together and you pull them apart, like for divorce, they're gonna splinter up and you're not gonna be able to put them back together correctly again. So even when you're trying to remarry somebody else that you got all those splinters, and then they're trying to conjoin with you, and sometimes it just
doesn't work as good. You know, I'm not saying that never works out, but it just is not the same, especially when you have children with that woman, you know. So what God has joined together, let not man separate. Jesus is telling him that, and since they're all law abiding Pharisees, they respond with this. They said to him, Why then did Moses command to give a significate of divorce and put her and put her away? He said to them, Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts
permitted you to divorce your wives. But from the beginning it was not so. And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife except for sexual immorality and marries another commits adultery. Whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery. Okay, So Jesus is saying that God now that marriage happened, and then Moses talked about the certypic of divorce to put her away. But Moses, because of the hardness of
your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives. But from the beginning it was not so, so Jesus is saying that he did not. God doesn't want you to divorce your wife or your husband unless there is sexual immorality. Now we could go there real quick. Okay, So Matthew nineteen verse eight Matthew nineteen verse eight nine, Sorry, my ben, so in the King James that right there instead of
saying sexual immorality. Wait, let me see whoever puts your wife and except fornication is what the word is there? Illicit sexual will intercourse, adultery, fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism, intercourse with animals, et cetera. Okay, sexual intercourse with close relatives. What it means is or nia. That's that word sexual morality. So for adultery, fornication, so illicit sexual intercourse. So if you're what it's saying here. In this case, you're talking about
a wife. If your wife had had sexual intercourse with another man or another woman, or anything of the sort, and marries another who commits and marries another commits adultery. Right. So so that's the only exception is if they cheated on their spouse. Right. So his disciples said to him, if this is the case of the man with his wife, is it better not to marry? Like wow, if such is the case with the man with his wife, is it better not to marry? They don't get it. Jesus
teaches on celibacy. But he said to them, all cannot accept this saying, But only those to whom it has been given. For there are euchs who were born thus from their mother's womb, and they are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men. And there are unuchs who made themselves unus for the kingdom of Heaven's sake. Who is able to accept it, let him accept it. So let's go to that verse real quick. That's going to be nineteen verse twelve. Unuks. I want to make sure I'm
even saying that. Corribe what is an unuk? I think it's probably someone that's celibate, bedkeeper, bed guard who support numbers wives at superintendent of women's apartment, an emasculated man, naturally incapacitated for marriage or for children, one who voluntarily abstains from marriage. That's what it mainly means right here, is someone who voluntarily obstrains from having sex or from marriage, or from having kids or from begetting children. Right So
it's celibacy. So yeah, some people do add the gift of singleness, and some people do not do anything outside of marriage and they don't want to get married because who knows, but he who is able to accept it, let him accept it. If you can accept to live like that, then you know, hey, you're living for the Kingdom of Heaven for Heaven's sake, then hey, do it. Then you know that what's more important to you is
the spiritual in heaven than you're physical. Jesus is just saying, hey, he who is able to accept it, let him accept it. So he's not saying like everybody should get married, and you have to get married for you to go to heaven, and you need to have children and you need to be fruitful and multiply like some of the commandments, saying some people don't do that, and it's okay. You're still like you said, who was able to accept it, let him accept it, right, So it's okay for the Kingdom
of Heaven's sake for them to do that. Next is going to be Matthew nineteen of verse thirteen. Then Jesus' little children who were brought to him that he might put his hands on them and pray. But the disciples rebuked them, and Jesus said, let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven. And he laid his hands
on them and departed from there. So probably the disciples, like you know, sometimes when you go somewhere and there's a bunch of little children running at you, you kind of want to, you know, you want to have adult time, so you kind of just probably rebuke the children and tell them, hey, get away, We're trying to have adult talk. You know. That could be maybe what I'm seeing here. But Jesus is saying, Nah, hold on, let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them from such.
From such is the Kingdom of Heaven. For such is the Kingdom of Heaven like these these little ones are innocent, they're beautiful, They're God's children. Let them come to me, do not do not forbid them? And he prayed for them, you know, and and yeah, so I think it's it's beautiful. Jesus is just saying, hey, let them come like these they're children of God, like they're important too. So I could kind of see how the disciples were kind of
probably like that. Even when you're at church sometimes, man, you you know, I had I've had a little ones and I'm at church and my kids are crying, ah, running around and not really like focused on the Word, and it's it's so hard to focus on God. So I understand where the disciples are coming from. But Jesus is like, beat it, like these are these kids are great? These are these are for the children from the for such is the kingdom of heaven. Right so Matthew nineteen
verse sixteen. Now behold one came and said to him, good teacher, what good things shall I do that I may have eternal life? And he said to him, why do you call me good? No one is good but one that is God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments. He said to him, which ones Jesus said, You shall not murder, you should not commit adulter, you should not steal, should not bear fall, fall witness, honor your father, your mother, and you shall
love your neighbor as yourself. The young man said to him, all these things I have kept from my youth, what still do I lack? Jesus said, if you want to you want to be perfect, go sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Come follow me. That's a reality check for that guy. But the young man heard that, saying he
went away sorrowful, where he had great possessions. You see, like, if you don't ask, if you ain't ready, because Jesus is gonna let you know what you need to do. And also Jesus is this is before Jesus died on the cross. He is speaking to the Jews that are there at that time. So at this time, Jesus is letting him know how to get salvation. Right, He's saying that you need to follow the commandments. Right, this is now. Yes, we still need to follow the commandments. You're still going
to be obedient to God. But that's not how we obtain salvation now, even though we definitely need to do this, that's what I think, you know, But it's not the way we obtain salvation now. It's not by works. But right here, this is Jesus speaking to a young Jewish boy at that time. This verse is not for everybody in the world right now. This verse is for this gentleman right here, right then, at that time, and he
was letting him know what to do. But what he was saying, more importantly than even following the commandments, if you want to be perfect, go sell everything you have, give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven, which is what really matters. Come and follow me. Come believe in me, Come have faith in me. That's how you will obtain heaven. And the guy says, I cannot do that. He walked away sorrowful because I have great possessions.
So you have all these physical possessions that you cannot bring in a U haul with you to heaven. Jesus is letting you know. You can have the mansion, you can have the cars, you can have the women, you can have the fame, you can have the rap career, you can have the doctor career, you can have, you know, whatever you try to do in your life, and you have everything that you ever wanted in this physical world.
But you are gonna die sometime and every single one of your possessions will be given to the next man. That house will be lived in in a hundred years by the next family, and forty years by the next family, and everything that you had that was so important to you will be gone. We need to understand that your house, your car, your wife's wife's, your wife, your kids. That's
why I said. I said it with the as I meant to say, your kids, everything that you have here in the physic is given to you by the Lord. Thank you Lord for all my possessions. I appreciate him, but I appreciate you so much more. Lord. And if you want me to drop everything I have to follow you, I'm ready to do that. That's how we need to be. But you see this man, he's placing his possessions before God.
We should never put anything above God. God is number one, then family, then your job, then you know whatever is after that. But God is number one. And when it comes to you and your wife, understand something. You don't obtain salvation with your wife. You're obtained of salvation as an individual with the Lord, so you need to understand that, and your wife needs to understand that, and you got to try to get equally yoked with her. So you guys are on the same belief So you guys can
like go to church together, grow together. But it's up to you as an individual to have salvation with God. And also your kids. You need to try to do your very very best to bring your kids up in the Lord and in the ways of the Lord, because they need that foundation for when they get they end up going away from you, that they could teach their kids, you know, and disciple to their kids. You know that. I mean, it's like it's it's something that is so important.
But this what's happening is especially nowadays, we have so many possessions and we're trying to keep up with the Joneses, and we're trying to have all these friends that are higher elite friends and oh these rich he's this, he's that I want to be like him and oh yeah, and it's like, dude, that's just not even what you're supposed to do, like you're supposed to just life is
not about that. You're supposed to live for the Kingdom of heaven, and it's so hard nowadays, especially man, when you get caught up keeping up with the Joneses and all that stuff. So Jesus just basically said he knew exactly his weakness, and he exposed it. And the guy said, I'm sorry, I have great possessions. I could never do something like that, and he wasn't ready to truly follow God. How many people did Jesus run into that were like that, that told him I want exactly what you have, and
I'm ready. Okay, you're ready, then let's go drop everything and let's go right now. No, hold on, I gotta go bury my dad. I gotta go bury the dead. I gotta go. I got I gotta do this. Let me talk, I gotta do No, let's go right now. No, okay, then go do what you gotta do. Never mind, when you're ready to truly follow, then let's go. All right, So Matthew nineteen verse twenty three. Then Jesus said to his disciples, so surely I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom
of heaven. And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle and for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of heaven. That's exactly what I was saying right there. You're placing things above the Lord. And you can't have a bunch of idols and have You can only worship one master, either God or the Devil or the God of Mana. You can only worship God or the God of Mana or Satan. Right you love one and absolutely
hate the other. You can't have one foot in the world and one foot with Christ and enter the Kingdom of Heaven. And saying that right here, being lukewarm, you can't do that. He will spew you out of his mouth, vomit you. So this is it's hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of heaven. Why because of the greed. Why because when you become rich, the amount of sins coming your way opens up tremendously. You could imagine, Okay, right now, I'm not rich. Do I have a good job. Yes,
Do I have a job where I'm making millions of dollars? No? Okay, But for me, I am rich because I have the Lord. But what I'll tell you is you can imagine if you're a rich, attractive gentleman and you go to the gas station in a Lamborghini and you're fueling your car and a bunch of beautiful women are going to the club right next to you. They pull up to fill up their gas tank, and there's five women in the car, and they see you filling up your Lamborghini and you're
just standing there. You're a married man, by the way, and all five of these women are like attracted to your Lamborghini. You see. That's why it's harder, because it opens up so much the floodgates of sin will be coming your way, and so much more sin and so much more temptation when you have money like that. Not saying that, it doesn't say that it's impossible for someone that's rich to go to heaven. And I'm not saying
that either. But what I'll tell you, as I see from a man's point of view, I don't know, I can't see from a woman's point of view because I don't know. But what I will tell you is it opens up the floodgates for a lot more sin to come into your life. And also, what did you have to do to get that money. Did you have to step on people's toes to make that money? Did you have to sacrifice other people to get that money? There's people in the Hollywood right now that I believe have
done sacrifices to make it to where they're at. Where they sold their soul, meaning not saying that the soul can belong to Satan, but what I could say say is they probably did blasphemy of the Holy Spirit to make that money and all those riches and all that gifts and everything that they want, the worldly gifts, they can have it upfront, but they're gonna end up going to hell. So you get all these gifts up front
and have fun in life, and that's great. But that's why you see a lot of actors I believe, committing suicide and drug overdoses and people dying at the age of twenty seven, people committing suicide, people getting murdered, and because that life that they thought they wanted and then they sold their soul or they gave up their their maybe they did something, you know, I don't know, ritualistic, I don't know what they did. But they end up getting all this money and then they end up giving
their soul away. In the process. So what I'm just saying is, I'm not saying that every rich man can't enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I don't think that Jesus is saying that either. He's saying that it's hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom heaven. It's even hard for a poor man to enter the Kingdom of heaven. Okay, so you can imagine being rich. So we got to understand that, Okay. Matthew nineteen, verse twenty five. When his disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, who then
can be saved? But Jesus looked at them and said, with men, this is impossible, But with God, all things are possible. So a man cannot be saved on his own, because men try to be saved on their own all the time. And that is called works works based religion, works works works. But what does it say in the Book of Isaiah your works are like filthy rab to God?
What does it say in Ephesians two eight, We are saved by grace through faith, for it is not of yourselves, It is a gift from God, So that no man shall boast. Because people that are doing works tend to boast right. So what it's saying is that we're saved by grace, by the grace of God. We're say by faith in whom in Jesus Christ, God's sin has only begotten son to die for us. Forever it believes in them shall not perish, but have everlasting life. You see,
by having faith in Jesus. So it's impossible for men. But with God all things are possible because of that. But Jesus looked at them and said, when men with men is impossible, with God, all things are possible. That's we're at Matthew nineteen twenty six. Let's get to twenty seven. Now. Then Peter answered and said, see, we have left all
and followed you. Therefore what shall we have? Jesus said to him, Surely, I say to you that in the Regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of his glory, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones. Judging the twelve tries of Israel. That's a sorry judging the twelve tribes of Israel, and everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters, or father or mother or wife, or children or lands for my name's sake shall receive one hundredfold and inherit eternal life.
But many who are first will be last, and last will be first. So many people on earth, kings, queens, the Queen of England, you know that whatever, they're first in heaven. I mean they're first on earth. They got all these different things that they know. A forty story mansion in Scotland and whatever the heck, you know, forty room mansion with seven hundred bathrooms, like you know what I mean, Like they got everything. Their gifts are given
to him up front. So they are first on earth, but they will be last in the kingdom of heaven. We understand that. That's why if you look at the story in Luke sixteen is talking about the rich man and Lazaruth. Lazaruth was not comforted on earth. He was poor. He was getting thrown food that was given to the dogs, and he's over there eating it real quick. He had sores, he was homeless, and that rich man stepped over him
every single day, never helped him out. But he had plenty of linen and fine cloth out there when he was sleeping. But guess what, like everybody that rich man passed away Okay, he was first on earth, right, he had all the riches, all the women, all the parties, all everything that he wanted was right there. But then he went upstairs to go to sleep. Whoo, he died. The angels come and grabbed him and took him down
to shield in the earth. And what happened. Lazareth was there on the other side of the cavern with Abraham. Father Abraham, send Lazareth over here to put it driple water on my tongue, please, like I'm burning up here. I just need one drop of water, please. So he's able to speak, he's able to hear. See. I talked about this before, but this is just important. He was the person that was first on earth. But look at
him last and shield now. And Father Abraham said that Lazareuth was not comforted on earth, but you were comforted. You had everything on earth, but Lazarth didn't. Now he is comforted. Now he's in paradise. While you're over there and shield with your burning your feet, thirsty, everlasting thirst that you will never be quenched. Absent from God. You want to live absent for God your whole life. Well, when you die and you're in hell, or you're in shield,
you will be absent from God. So go ahead, and eternity, you'll be like that, because on earth you never wanted to seek him. All right, So now we're in Matthew twenty verse one. Well, the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. Now, when he had agreed with the laborers for a dinars a day, he sent
them into the vineyard. And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, and said to them, you also go into the vineyard. Whatever is right I will give you. So they went again. He went out about the sixth and ninth hour and did likewise. And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them why they why have you been standing here idle all day? And they said to him because no one hired us.
He said to them, you also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right you will receive. So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to the steward, call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first. And when those came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received a dinaris, But when the first came, they supposed that they would
receive more. But likewise they received a dinaris. And when they had received it, they complained against the landowners, saying, the last man have worked only one hour, and you made him equal to us, who have borne the burden of the heat of the day. But he answered one of them and said, friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a dinaris? Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give you the last man the same as to you. Is it not lawful for me to do what I
wish to do with my own things? Or is your eye evil? Because I am good? For the last will be first and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen. So what I see here? Who knows if I'm correct? You know? I see that some people will are dedicated Christians their whole entire life, and they they they end up getting into the Kingdom of Heaven.
And there's some people that they're on their deathbed, and they they asked Jesus to forgive them, and they ask God to forgive them and you know, they end up getting into the Kingdom of Heaven, just like these other people that have been dedicated their whole lives, you know, and maybe they'll complain, you know, like, how did that person get in? When I lived my whole life for you Lord? This one person he murdered, he killed, he stole, he did drugs his whole entire life, and then on
his deathbed he asked you forgiveness. You forgave him, and you let him into heaven. You see, this is what this is. Till the last will be first and first last. So that's kind of what I'm seeing there, Am I right? I don't know. I don't know if I'm right, but this is what I'm seeing. Though. This is Jesus's parable, not mine. Jesus a third time predicts his death and resurrection. Now Jesus going up to is to Jerusalem, took the disciples of twelve disciples aside on the road and said
to them, behold, we are going up to Jerusalem. The son of Men will be betrayed to the chief priests, to the scribes, and they will condemn him to death and deliver him to the gentiles to mock and to scourge. And to crucify, and on the third day he will rise again. He's predicting, letting him know greatness is serving. Then the mother of Zebedee's sons came to him with their sons, kneeling down and asking something from him. And
he said to her, what do you wish? She said to him, grant these two sons of mine may sit one on your right hand and the other on your left in your kingdom. But Jesus answered and said, you do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I'm about to drink and be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with. They said to him, we are able, And he said to them, you will indeed drink my cup and be baptized with
the baptism I am baptized with. But to sit on my right hand and on my left is not mine to give, but it is for those of whom is prepared by my father. So the mother even gets involved, and she goes to ask him, can my son sit on your right hand and left hand? You know, like it's another one of these greatness questions, you know. And I think that the Jews believed that he was going to be king of the earth, and I think that's what the Mother believed too. But Jesus is talking about
the heavenly, you know. And he's also saying, can you drink from my cup? Like I'm about to get crucified, I'm about to get spit on, beaten lashed, forty lashes, I'm about to have all this stuff happen. How are you going to drink from my cup? And like we are able, Like Jesus is like, sure, you ain't able, I know that. And also he's saying that it's up to Father God, who sits on the right and on the left, and Jesus is at his right hand obviously right,
and Holy Spirits maybe at his left. I don't know. It doesn't say that, but you know. And then the ten heard it, and they were greatly displeased with the two brothers. But Jesus called them to himself. Now, I do believe in the trinity, so don't take it the wrong way. I believe there's one God, but you understand, like it's just the way that's spoken is one God, but three different persons, right, And when the ten heard it,
they were greatly displeased with the two brothers. But Jesus called them to himself and said, you know, the rulers of the gentiles, lord over the gentiles, lord over them, and those who are a great exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you. But whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. Whoever desires to be first among you, let him be
your slave. Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life for a ransom for many, So it is better to serve. That's how you become great service to others. You don't become great by being a king on the earth. That's not how you achieve greatness in heaven. You achieve greatness by being a serve, a serf, by being a server,
you know, serving people, being there for people. Right, And the Son of Man, or Jesus, could have came here on earth and became a great king like Solomon or like King David, and could have had a million rooms and a bunch of bathrooms, and a bunch of riches and everything that he wanted. He could have came that way. But instead he came as a common man, and he came to serve. He came to wash the feet, He came to heal the blind, He came to heal the sick,
He came to preach. He came as a serve. Fir right, he is a server, it says, just as the man, a son of man, came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. You understand that is the true thing right there that we need to do. From a spiritual aspect, we need to understand that we need to be serving people. Two blind men received their sight. Now as they went out of Jericho, a great multitude followed him, and behold
two blind men sitting by the road. When they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, have mercy on us, oh Lord, son of David. Then the multiplitude warned them that they should be quiet, but they cried out all the more, saying, have mercy on us, oh Lord, son of David. So Jesus stood still and called them and said, what do you want me to do for you? What do you want me to do for you? And they said to him, Lord, that our eyes may be open.
So Jesus had compassion touched their eyes and immediately they receive sight, and they followed him. A lot of us are blinded and we need to we need our eyes to be open. You guys know, there's a lot of people that are asleep, that are blind, that need to be able to see. And you know that once you get saved and once you certain things are exposed to you, you're able to see a lot more in depth. You're able to see some of the stuff that these people
that are in power are doing, and these elites. And you know, so as a conspiracy theorist, you're able to see a lot of stuff. But once you get saved as well, and you have God as your foundation, and you have the Bible as your foundation, you're able to see even deeper and your discernment grows. So not only is He physically making these people see, but God can actually make us see on a spiritual aspect even deeper and better, which is I think even greater than being
able to physically see. The triumphal entry. This is Matthew twenty one, verse one. Now, when they drew near Jerusalem and came to Bethatch at the Mount of Olives, then Jesus said sent two disciples, saying to them, go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tide and a cult with her. Loose them and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, you shall say the Lord has need of them, and
immediately he will send them. All. This was done that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by the prophet saying, tell the daughter of Zion, behold, your king is coming to you lowly and sitting on a donkey, a cult, a foul of a donkey. Let's see, this is Matthew twenty one. Let's see where that's Where is that at? That is Matthew twenty one verse five. Oh yeah, so it didn't really pull up. Okay, so we have Matthew
twenty one verse five that we just read. I could try to see what what is I think this is probably in Isaiah, but let me just check real quick. Twenty one five Isaiah. Yeah, Isaiah sixty two eleven, if you guys want to look that up. Prophecy found in Isaiah sixty two eleven, which speaks about the coming of the king to Jerusalem. Secni find the Missa's arrival. This verse is often paired with Zachariah nine to nine, which further describes the king writing on a donkey, signifying humility
and peace. So look up Isaiah sixty two eleven, and then also pair that with Zachariah nine to nine. Okay, just letting you guys know that, I just wanted to make sure you know that I kind of haven't been doing that with those I need to start doing that with those, those little the prophecies, so you guys know where to look, kind of read it, and then pair it with another verse like that. That's good stuff for you guys to know. Good for the teaching portion, not
the preaching portion. Okay, So we're at Matthew twenty one, verse six. So the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them. They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes them, and he sat on them. A very great multitude spread their clothes on the road. Others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying, Hosanna to the son of David. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord
Hosanna in the Highest. That's gonna be uh oh, let's see, Oh Sannah. Sorry, guys, I'm just looking up explanation. Hosannah, the word means praise God or save us. So praise God to the son of David, or save us to the son of David. Blesses he who comes in the name of the Lord, save us in the highest, or praise God in the highest. So we have that. So all right. Now we're at Matthew twenty one, verse ten. And when he had come into Jerusalem, all the city
was moved, saying, who is this? So the multitude says, this is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee. And this is Jesus cleanses the temple. We're at Matthew twenty one, verse twelve. Then Jesus went into the Temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. And he said to them, it is written, my house shall not be called a house of prayer, but you have made it
a den of thieves. So this is a yeah, this is a very popular portion of Matthew when Jesus flipped the tables. So it's kind of interesting that he went into the temple and he said, my house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a debt of thieves. He is so offended because Jesus went into the temple of God, because Jesus is God in the flesh, and he is offended because what they're
doing is what they were guilty of doing. They were selling like people would bring doves in and they would say, this dove is not perfect enough, so you need to buy these doves that we have from the temple, and the people would buy it, and they're taking money from the people, when that's God never said to do that. Also, there was like a goat or a lamb that they say is not perfect, it's blemished. You need to get the unblemished one from the temple. So they would make
them pay. And i'll see that were he said he made it a den of thieves, so that people were not putting that money into the temple. Obviously that money was going in there, a lot of it was going in their pockets. And Jesus overturned the tables of money and this is you know, this is some people think that, oh, this is a sin and what he just did, But no, see he overturned the tables and this is his own house, so he's able to do this. So then the blind and the lame came to him in the temple. This
is Matthew twenty one to fourteen. We're back to the word. Then the blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them. But when the chief priests inscribed all the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying out, and the temple saying Hosanna to the son of David, they were indignant and said to him, do you hear what these are saying? And Jesus said to them, yes, have you never read out of the
mouth of babies nursing infants? You have perfected praise. Then he left them and went out to the city of Bethany, and he lodged there. So now the Pharisees is getting a little crazy, because you see that that the interaction was a little more intense. He flips the money tables over, exposes them for what they're doing, and now he's got people praising him Hosanna, the son of David, Praise God, son of David. These and these Pharisees are like, what
is he saying? Like what what does this guy think he is? You know, because they can't they're blind. They can't see. They think they're spiritually able to see all this stuff, but they're actually blinded that the Messiah is standing right there in front of them, the Christ. The fig tree withered. Now in the morning, as he returned to the city, he was hungry and seeing a fig tree, excuse me, by the road, he came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and he said, let
no fruit grow on you ever again. Immediately the fake tree withered away. So he's able to speak to the fig tree, and it just withered. The lesson of the withered fig tree. And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, how did the fig tree wither away? So soon Jesus answered them, surely, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what is done to the fig tree, but also you say to this mountain be removed, and they will cast
into the sea. And it will be done whoever, but in whoever things you ask in prayer, believing you will receive. But you see, this is a this is you have to have that true faith, no doubt at all. And Jesus obviously is able as a you know, he is a man and god on earth. But he has that faith because he has been in heaven with his father, so he knows. Jesus authority. Question now, when he came into the temple, the chief priests and elders of the people confronted him as he was teaching, and said, by
what authority are you doing these things? Who gave you this authority? But Jesus answered and said to them, I will ask you one thing, which if you tell me, I, like guys, will tell you what the authority I do things? The baptism of John, where was it from from heaven or from men? And they reason among themselves, saying, if we say from heaven, he will say to us, why did you not believe him? But if we say from men, we fear the multitude from all count John as a prophet.
They answered, Jesus said, we do not know. Yeah, you see, Jesus was he's very obviously, he's super intelligent, super smart. He knows how to trap them as well, and he wants to trap them into saying these certain things because he knows what will happen. So instead of him being trapped like they're trying to trap him up, he just kind of trapped them right here, because that's what they're
trying to do. They're trying to get Jesus to stumble or to say something that's against the law or against what Moses said, so that the people would start to doubt him. But obviously Jesus, obviously is so smart, so intelligent, and so able to just weave, you know, Bob, and weave through each conversation in the correct manner. And he said to them, neither will this is a Matthew twenty one, verse twenty it says, and he said to them, neither will I tell you what authority I do these things.
So because the Pharisees it's not his time. If Jesus said, I do this by the authority of my father in Heaven, God, the Father, I do this in the authority of God, then these people would say he's blaspheming. He's trying to say that he's doing it. So that's why Jesus is talking like this. The parable of the two sons. But what do you think. A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, son, go work today in my vineyard. He answered and said, I will not,
But afterward he regretted it and went. Then he came to the second, and likewise he answered it, said I go, sir, But he did not go. Which of the two did the will of his father? And they said to him the first, Jesus said to him, but surely, I say to you, the tax collectors and harlots enter the Kingdom of God before you. For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you do not believe him.
But tax collectors and harlots believed him. And when you saw it, you did not afterward relent and believe him. So two cents he came to the first and said, son, go work in the vineyard. He answered and said, I will not, But afterward he regretted it and went. Then the second and said, likewise, he answered and said I go, sir, But he did not go. See which one did that? He said the first, because he asked for he regretted it, and he went. See he's talking to the proud religious folks. Assuredly.
I say to you that tax collectors in hardly ended the kingdom Heaven, for John came to you in a way of righteousness. See there's gonna be gentiles which are like pagans, or those are like harlots, or those are like tax collectors. See that those are the gentiles, or or the ones that are not believers they ended up believing John, or or like you know, people will end up believing Jesus and being saved. But these religious pharisees will not be able to believe, and they're not gonna
end up in the kingdom of heaven. The parable of the wicked wine vine dressers. Here another parable. There are a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a wine press in it, and built a tower. And he leased it to the vine dressers and went into a far country. Now, when vintage time drew near, he sent his servants to the vine dressers and they might receive his fruit. And the vine dressers took his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. Again.
He set other servants more than the first, and they likewise they did likewise to them. The last of all he sent his son to them, saying, they will they will respect my son. But when the vine dressers saw the sun, they said among themselves, this is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance. So they took him and cast him out the vineyard and killed him. Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he
do to the vine dressers? And they said to him, he will destroy those wicked men miserably and lease his vineyard to other vine dressers, who will render him to the fruits of their seasons. Jesus said, have you never read the scriptures? The stone which builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. This is the Lord's doing and is marvelous in our eyes. Therefore, I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken from you, given to
a nation bearing the fruits of it. And whoever falls on the stone will be broken, and whoever falls it will grind him to powder. So basically saying like they will respect my son, this is basically representing Jesus. Then they saw the sun and said among himself, this is the heir. Jesus is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance. So they took him, ask them out to the vineyard and kill them. So that's what they did to Jesus, right, So very interesting parable here,
have you never read the scriptures? You know? Is basically checking them. Therefore, I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to the nation bearing the fruits of it. So he's speaking to the Jews because the Jews do not believe in Jesus. So it'll be given to a nation like even though maybe he's not giving it to the Jews, like it could be Gentiles he's given it to but you know they received the fruits of it. Right, That's what I'm
kind of gathering from that, am I right? I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I'm gathering now. When the chief priests and Pharisees heard this parables, they perceived it that he was speaking to them. See yeah, So as I continue reading, I'm seeing that he's speaking to them, and that's what they end up trying to do to him. They end up killing him, even though he is the heir. But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitudes because they took him because they took
him for a prophet. So now they're trying to act a certain way because they're fearing the multitudes. They're feeling the people. They don't want to cause a riot, and they're noticing that people are following Jesus. I think we'll go. We'll we'll read chapter twenty two Matthew twenty two, the parable of the wedding feast. And this is a Matthew
twenty two, verse one, if you're following me along. And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables, and said, the kingdom of Heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, and set out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding. And they were not willing to come. Again, he sent out other servants, saying, tell those who are invited, see, I have prepared my dinner, My oxen, fat and cattle are killed, and all these things are ready. Come to
the wedding. But they made light of it and went their ways of one of his own farm, another to his business, and they the rest seized. His servants treated them spitefully and killed them. But when the king heard about it. He was furious, and he sent out his armies, destroyed those murders and burnt up the city. Then he said to his servants, this wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. Therefore, go into the highways and as many as you can find a invite
to the wedding. For those servants went out to the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. So what I'm gathering here is the Jews were supposed to accept their messiah, but if you notice, they're not accepting their messiah. So they were invited to the wedding. They were invited to be saved. They were supposed to be the guest. But what happened is they didn't accept
Jesus as the messiah, so they killed him. Right. The king, being God, the father I guess here, sent out his armies to destroy the murderers, burn up the city, and he said to his servant's a wedding. They still wanted the wedding, so wanted the people to be saved, and then they just gathered him throughout the city. Right, That's what I'm gathering here, and it says that the wedding hall was filled with guests. So even the Jews that are not accepting Jesus as a Messiah, well, what is it?
So there's gentiles now that are accepting Jesus in Messiah. Now they're at the wedding because these hard heartened people, siff neck people, the Pharisees, and the ones that didn't accept Jesus as in Messiah, they're not going to be at the wedding, it says. But when the king came to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment, and he said to him, friend, how did you come in here without
a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then the king said to his servants, bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many you are called, but few are chosen. What is the wedding garment? Was that person maybe fronting like they are saved, but they actually aren't. And he's like maybe lukewarm, and that's why he was sent into outer darkness. Let's see Matthew twenty two verse eleven, and guys, yeah, I try to do
my best to interpret these for you guys. I could be wrong, you know, I could be right, could be wrong, you know. I'll just try to do my best. Let's see, let's see, let's see it. Let's see what that is that is going to be twenty two, verse eleven. I just kind of want to see what this wedding garment was representing, remnant cloak or outer garment. Remnant. Okay, so yeah, very interesting. We'll continue. We're going to be Matthew twenty two,
verse fifteen. Then the Pharisees went out and plotted how they might entangle him in his talk. And they sent to him their disciples with Herodians, saying, teacher, we know that you are true and teach the way of God in truth. Nor do you care about anyone You do not regard the person of men. Tell us, therefore, what do you think is it lawful to pay taxes to Casar or not? But Jesus perceived their wickedness and said, why do you test me, you hypocrites? Show me the
tax money. So they brought him a dinaries, and he said to them, whose image and inscription is this? And they said to him, Caesar's and he said to them, render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they heard these words, and they marveled and left him, and they
went their way. So he's just letting him know, you ain't gonna catch me slipping, you know, because if you would have said that, don't give that to Caesar, then obviously he would have been arrested and killed right there. So he had to do it very smoothly. And that's the way Jesus operated. He spoke like this because it
wasn't his time yet. He's trying to do God's will and there's a certain timing and everything that has to happen, and he needs to die on the cross, but he needs to do it in God's timing, not in man's timing. So they're trying to slip him up. But look what he says, Yes, pay your taxes, therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God that things are God's right. So he's not going to get caught slipping.
He's too smart. The Saddescees, what about the resurrection the same day the Sadducees who say there is no resurrection, came to him and asked him, saying, Teacher Moses. Now the Sadducees were like very liberal, right, so they're trying to say there's no resurrection. They came to him asked him, saying, Teacher Moses said that if a man dies having no children, his brother shall marry his wife and raise up offspring for his brother. Now there were with us seven brothers.
The first died after he married and having no offspring with his wife to his brother. Likewise, the second, also, the third, even the seventh, last of all the women, all died. Also. Therefore, in the resurrection, whose wife of the seven will she be? For they all had her. And Jesus answered and said to them, you are mistaken, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor given in marriage,
but are like angels of God in heaven. But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God, saying I am the God of Abraham, God of Isaac, the God of Jacob. God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. And when the multitudes heards us. They were astonished by his teaching. So understand something, when you are in heaven, you are not going to I don't. It doesn't seem here that you're going to be. That's not
going to be your focus being married. Like we are here here on earth. Our focus here is God first, and then you know a lot of us end up getting married and then having kids. So our focuses is God, and then our focus is wife and then our focus as kids. You know, this is a different thing than happens in heaven. And it's saying we are more like the angels of God in heaven. Doesn't say we are angels, but we are like the angels in heaven worshiping God.
You know, we're doing things for the Lord, right, So it's just different. So he's saying, have you not you don't know the scriptures? And this is another thing. This is one of those verses that people say, well, look, angels, they can't marry, they can't be with women. It says it right here. But you see, when you have your
heavenly body, you're not going to be getting married. But if you shed your heavenly body or you're okitarian as it says in the Book of Jude, they left their heavenly abode or their okaitarian or their heavenly body to come down here and have sex with women. As different they came down in the physical and they had sex with the women. So I think that's something that people try to say. But anyways, understand that it's Jesus is letting them know. It's like, you don't even know the scriptures,
if you're asking me this question. The scribes, which is the first commandment of all? But when the Pharisees heard that this is now we're at Matthew twenty two, verse thirty four. But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the statuses, they gathered together. Then one of them, a lawyer, asked them a question, testing him and saying, teacher, what is the great commandment in the law? Which is the great commandment in the law. Jesus said to him,
you shall love your Lord. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. And these two commandments hang all the Law and the prophets. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Because, first of all, think about it, think about what he said. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with
all your soul, with all your mind. If you love the Lord with all your heart, with your soul and your mind, you will be totally obedient to God's commandments. You will be completely obedient. So obviously, if you were to do that and love your Lord God with your heart, your soul, and your mind, then that would be you would be totally in obedience with all the other commandments. So that's perfect. And then the second is if you
shall love your neighbor as yourself. So if you love the Lord God with all your mind, body, soul, right all, and you love him the way that you so love to God is by following his commandments, then you would
be perfect. And then if you love your neighbor as yourself, that means that you are not disrespecting your brother or your you know, your fellow brothers in Christ, or you're not doing anything to them, and also you're respecting them and they're respecting their property and respecting their wives and respecting Then you're you're following all the commandments. It covers all of them. You understand, if you love your neighbor as yourself, you wouldn't murder your neighbor. If you love
your neighbor, then you're more than yourself. Then as yourself, then you wouldn't commit adultery with his wife. If you love your neighbor, you're not gonna covet what he has. If you love the Lord God with all your heart, seet because there's some commandments that are aimed towards the Lord, and then there's other commandments that are aimed towards you personally.
You see that. I think there's four of them that go to the Lord, and then six of them that don't you know, that are more towards yourself or what you could do. And then there's also one that you could actually do in your mind, which is covet your neighbor's stuff. That's a sinning in your mind. Right. So, so this will cover all the commandments and the law
is what Jesus is saying. That's why he said these are the two greatest, because it would cover all basis if you follow these, which if the people knew the law and they know the commandments, they would know that Jesus has covered all basis on these, So it is definitely a great response to what they asked, how can David call his descendants lord? When the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, saying, what do you think about the Christ?
Whose son is he? The Christ the Messiah? And they said to him, the son of David. And he said to them, how then does David in the spirit call him lord? Saying the Lord said to my Lord, sit at my right hand till I make your enemies your footstool. This is very interesting. If David calls him lord, how is he his son? And no one was able to answer him a word, Nor that day on did anyone
dare question him anymore. So, Jesus is the son of David or like in David's lineage in the physical, but Jesus the Christ is the son of God in the spiritual right, so they're not able to question him because listen, look what they're saying. The Lord said to my Lord, sit at my right hand till I make your enemies your foot stot. So how then does David in the spirit call him lord? You understand, David is Yes, he's in the line of David. Yes, he's in the physical
line of David. Jesus's physical vessel, which is a man, right, but Jesus is God, right. That's why he says, the Lord said to my Lord. He's saying that he is the son of God. But they're not able to say that because if you're the son of God, you were equal to God. So that's why they didn't question him anymore. They're like, Wow, he just kind of blew our minds right there. So we are done for this episode. I think that we covered a lot of basis right there,
a lot of ground. We did Matthew eighteen all the way to twenty two. I thought that was definitely a great study. So yeah, that's Wednesday service. And you know, guys, I just want to tell you guys, when you know, normal pastors when they teach on Sunday, they probably do a forty five minute message, and for for me to do a two hour message to you guys, just letting
you know, we're covering a lot of ground. So by the time we get to you know, revelation in the in the New Testament, and we get through the Old Testament. You know, I think within a year we could probably get through the whole Bible, which is going to be amazing. So it is it's gonna help us both you know, whoever's listening, ah just developed spiritually. It's going to help us develop mentally, and it's going to help us with
our walk with God. So all I could say to you guys is hang in there, let's do this, and let's try to cover the whole Bible. And I think that it's it's very it's very awesome for Jonathan and Jacob to allow me to be on their channel doing this study. I mean, it's it's crazy that they ended up being what it is right now because it started out with just Sunday Service where I was just going to have guests on and just talk about the Bible. And then it turned into me praying and asking God,
like what do you want me to do? Like it's called Sunday Service. I better better teach the Bible like a pastor would, and I better preach and I better teach. So then Sunday Service was just me going through the
Old Testament. I started with the Book of Genesis and now I'm on I just finished the Book of Exodus, and then Wednesday Service got you know, I got invited to do Wednesday Service, and I thought, what better thing to do than to do the New Testament because I knew that you guys need that, Like there's a lot of people that are not like fully saved yet that are probably listening, it seems to me that need that New Testament teaching. So I was very excited when they
asked me to do Wednesday service. So in a nutshell, guys, it's gonna be awesome. I think that we could probably go through the whole Bible, you know, maybe in six to seven months, maybe eight months. We're going through about four chapters every show, so four chapters of show, so you know, it's obviously going to take longer because there's only one show a week. But I think that we could go through the Bible, you know, and I think we could do it, and I think that's going to
be amazing. And if I end up doing this, you know, continuing on their channel, we'll go through the Bible again and I'll know even more stuff, so I'll be able to teach even deeper and have even more studies. And this is all this is doing, is assisting me in my walk up and teaching me when I do my show, when I have a guest on and they bring something up, now I have something to talk about even more. It's it's it's helping me do in depth studies on this stuff,
and it's really assisting me with my walk. And I pray and and you're sure of the Machiak's name and Jesus's name that it's helping you with your walk. And what I would ask you guys to do is share the show with somebody that needs it. Share the show with someone that that maybe doesn't need it, someone that you think doesn't even need it, just so that they get this, they get to they get this teaching, because
you never know what people are going through. So if you could, all I ask, I don't want you to donate. I don't want you to give me money. I don't want for the physical gifts of money. I want I want you guys to share the show so that people get saved. That's what this is for. So yeah, so
this is just for me. It's amazing to be able to do the show, and it's really assisting me in my walk, and it's assisting me in my life, and I just want to thank each and every one of you that prayed for my wife and prayed for my baby, asking Psalms Monday to be born. I really appreciate you guys, and uh yeah, it's it's it really touched our hearts. You know that you guys all left messages and and left comments on Spotify because the Body of Christ is
just amazing. So thank you guys for that. Like I said, if you guys are having any issues like going through spiritual battle, maybe you're listening to the show and you're like, hey, I have a question about this. Maybe you've listened to my past episodes and you have a question about them. All you you know, all you got to do is DM me at Josh Monday under Score podcast that's Instagram and you can just DM me and I will be
there for you guys. Okay, thank you so much, And like we always do, we're gonna end this in prayer. So Father God in the name of Jesus, and is she with the Mischiak's name, Lord the Christ. You know you allowed us to go through the Book of Matthew. So far we're getting close to the end. I really appreciate you, Lord forgiving us this time, giving me this audience to speak to and allowing me to be a shepherd teaching the Bible. How crazy is that? Lord? I mean,
I really appreciate you giving me this opportunity. I just pray that if people have ears, just let him hear the word of God and let it resonate with them and assist them and in their walk spiritually assist them. I just want to say, Lord, thank you so much for giving me people to pray for the situation that I was in this past week. You know exactly what I went through, and I just want to ask you to accept asp and spirit in heaven and I know
that He's with you. And when I do end up going to heaven, I don't know how it works, Lord, but if it works to where I'm able to see him again, Lord, I would really appreciate that. But I just want to say thank you, Father God for everything you do for us. And there's a lot of people
out there that are struggling. Lord. Some people maybe listen to the show that are going through some of the things that are causing them to stumble, like we've talked about, and there's people in their life that are causing them to stumble. Lord, I asked that you assist them in rebuking them and keeping away from them. And if there's any triggers that are causing anybody that have addictions, assist
them in overcoming those hurdles in their life. Because I know how it is to be addicted to something, and you help me through that. So help these people that are listening. Lord. There's a lot of people out there that are probably struggling with alcohol, with drugs, with any kind of addiction. Lord, I just asked that you break these strongholds that the devil have them in. And I ask in Jesus Name, Amen, thank you Lord for that. I appreciate you. Thank you for everything you do. Lord.
I love you in Jesus Name. Amen. Thank you guys for listening. And yes, what an awesome show. I will see you guys next week for Wednesday service. But this week on Sunday service, I'm starting the Book of Leviticus. I'm gonna do my best, so it's like a it's gonna be interesting, the Book of Leviticus. I'm going to do my very best to teach that. And yeah, join
me for Sunday service. And I appreciate you joining me for Wednesday service and if you want to follow me on YouTube, it's Josh Monday and Josh Monday Music and Podcast on YouTube. If you could please follow, And I appreciate everybody that's listening. I love you and God bless you.
