Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to Sunday Service Episode fourteen. I am your host Josh Monday from the Josh Monday Christian and Conspiracy Podcast. Thank you so much for joining me. Last week we had Gary Wayne and Ed Maybury on to go over the Black Nobility, so it was really cool.
Anytime I have a guest like Gary or have like a little roundtable, I'll be sharing it with you guys on this channel, even if it's not biblical, you know, just to kind of especially if it's something I think is vastly important for you guys to know it does trace back to the devil right, Satan's little lies and things that he does and moves that he makes. And I try to make sure that when these guys are on they kind of show you guys, they bring it back to prophecy, you know. So Ed Maybury was doing
a good job of that. Why Gary was giving you a great historical timeline of the Black Nobility, the banking families, so you know, I think it's important for you guys to know that type of stuff as well. And also I haven't seen Gary on Sunday Service. I think as much are not Sunday Service I'm sorry on the cultic conspiracy as much. So yeah, so all this just let you guys know, is brought to you by Cultic Conspiracy Sunday Service. These gentlemen are just amazing having me come
on and fill in their Sunday spot. I really appreciate it, and I always have a good time going over the Bible with you guys. So we're going to go back to the Bible. We went through Genesis forty eight fifty, Exodus one, two, three, and four. You know, we went through the Birth of Moses, Moses said the burning bush, the miraculous signs of Pharaoh. That's when went over last time when we were talking about the Bible. So now we're back. So yeah, what an amazing time. And big
shout out to Jaron and Wits it gets it. They are actually out there for the final experiment. I was one of the candidates. I got down to number four. And also shout out to Lizabeth, she's on the flatter side, and shout out to Will Duffy mc tune and all those guys as well. You know, just want to pray for their safety. They are. They are Antarctica bound, I think right now, and they'll be there tomorrow, So yeah,
I just want to shout them out. There was a live last night on Joarinism and he shouted me out, so I just want to shout him out. Do you guys want to check out? His channel is Jaerinism on YouTube? And then what's it gets It is on YouTube as well, And and Lizbeth is actually the on the Flat Earth gang, So I just want to shout them out. What's it the Christian there? I don't know about the other two.
I think maybe Lizabeth is Jaron has been on my show before and uh, yeah, we're you know, he shouted me out and hit me up on a telegram while he was out there in Puta Arenas. So yeah, I just want to shout them out. And let's get back to the Word of God. So we want to go now. Let me just share the screen real quick for those that could see this on video, and hopefully it does a great job of pulling up here. Yeah, there we go. We are and now an Exodus five and this is
gonna be Moses's first encounter with Pharaoh. I think it's very important for you guys to know this type of stuff. And also no Averse that I kind of want to go over as deuteronov. Thirty two, verses three through four, It says, for I proclaim the name of the Lord, ascribe greatness to our God. He is the rock. His work is perfect for all, for all. His ways are justice. A God of truth and without injustice, righteousness and upright
is he. I just want to let you guys know that because God, he's you know, during this encounter with with Phairharoh, you know, he is playing five D chess, you know why why they might they may be playing checkers. You know, we might not understand some things in the Bible or passages in the Bible. But God, you know, God's ways are true, you know. So he is He is doing things and making moves that will affect the future. You know, he knows the future and knows the past
and the present. You know. So that's that's why things like this happen in in the Bible. So we you know, I would say not to question God, you know, to on stuff that he does. So here we go, let's let's start this out. So Exodus one says, afterward Moses and Aaron went in and told Pharaoh. Thus says the Lord God of Israel, let my people go, and they may hold a feast to me in the in the wilderness. And Pharaoh said, who is the lord that I said? Obey his voice and let Israel go? I do not
know the Lord know? Will I let Real go? So first off, we need to understand that Pharaoh is looked at by the people as a god. You know, he's looked at as a god, so he feels like he is divine, you know, and there's some rituals that they do to make him feel like, you know, Osiris or raw is in him while he is, you know, kind of the same type of stuff that our presidents do,
which we don't understand are as normal normies. But you know, our presidents go and they face the obulus, you know, and they put up their right hand and they got the obulist right there that's six hundred and sixty six
feet tall. I mean it's five hundred and fifty five feet tall, but it goes down in one hundred and eleven feet, so it's six hundred and sixty six feet tall, giant obulus to bail or Osiris, and they raise the right hand and then they got the state Capitol building that is almost like a the belly of isis and you know there's this whole I believe ritual that goes
on when when they when they go into office. And it's the same thing with the pharaoh, you know, he he he feels like he gets this divine spark and and when when he's a pharaoh that he you know, he's he is like a god. So he's questioning the true God, right that the Lord of Lords, the King of kings, and asking him, you know, uh, you know, with with pride, you know, who are you? You know, I don't know this Lord, you know, acting like you know, he's a god, you know, and he doesn't know this Lord.
But you know, kind of the same thing as the Freemasons and New Ages are chasing today. They want to be their own little g gods. I don't know if you guys heard the Billy Carson and Wes Huff debate, but Billy Carson no offense to to him. You know, he was debating Wes Huff. You guys should definitely check that out. Look it up. And he said that you know that Jesus said, we are like God's right, we're
little g gods. And you know, same thing that the Freemasons are chasing today, trying to be lowercase g gods. Speaking of the you know, the Capitol Building, what you'll see there is you actually see George Washington sitting on a throne looking down with like twenty two stars. You know, when you see that, that is a Freemason's a sending to godhood. You know, it's trying to show you that they believe that, you know, he has sended to Godhood.
It's kind of the same thing. And you know, some of us also try to be our own gods and try to do our own will. A lot of us do that, so I understand, you know, we we do that, and we need to trust on God. And looks like Pharaoh, he wasn't he wasn't brought up to know the Lord, obviously, you know. So thank God we are. And if you're not saved and you're listening to this, the opportunity is here for you to get saved and know the Lord. So that is why we are doing this show in
the first place. So all right, now, let's get back to Let's get back to We're going to get back to verse three. It says, so they said the God of the Hebrews has met with us. Please let us go three days journey into the desert and sacrifice to the Lord our god. Lets he fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword. Then the king of Egypt said to them, Moses and Aaron, why do you take the people from their work? Get back to your labor.
And Pharaoh said, look, the people of the land are many now, and you make them rest from their labor. So he is just going back to that, trying to push them more into labor, because you know, right now the Israelites are slaves, and he's like, get back to work. And you see there's an exclamation point there, So he was not saying it in a nice way. He's saying, look, the people of the land are many, you make them rest for their labor. You know, he's kind of upset
their exclamation point. We see that. So the same day Pharaoh commanded the task masters of the people and their officers, saying, you shall no longer give the people straw to make them make brick as before. Let them go gather straw for themselves, and you shall lay on them the quota of bricks which they made before. You shall not reduce it, for they are idle. Therefore they cry out saying, let us go and sacrifice to our God. Let more work be laid on the men, and let they labor in it,
and let them regard false words. So he's basically increasing the labor taking away the straw. So he is obviously having a heartened heart. Like you're going to see the whole uh, you know, interaction here between Pharaoh and Moses and Aaron. You're going to see the Pharaoh having a heart and heart. And now he's actually pushing more work
on them and trying to take away the straw. And it says and the task masters of the people and their officers went out and spoke to the people saying, thus, Pharaoh, I will not give you straw. Go get yourself straw where you can find it. Yet none of your work will be reduced. So he's pushing more work on them, right. So the people were scattered abroad throughout all the land of Egypt to gather stubble instead of straw, and the task masters forced them to hurry, saying, fulfill your work
your daily quotas as when there was straw. Also, the officers of the children of Israel whom Pharaoh's task master had set over them, were beaten and were asked, why have you not fulfilled the task in making break both yesterday and today as before? So obviously this right here would be agitating God. You know he's able to see this, right, he's Omni. So God is seeing this, and you know
he is. It's probably angering God, right, so you know this, this is what I'm talking about God explaining five d chess why Pharaoh was just playing checkers, says. Then the officers of the children of Israel came and cried off to Pharaoh, saying, why are you dealing with us? With your servants, there is no straw given to the servants, and they say to us, make brick. And indeed your servants are beaten. But the fault is in your own people. But he said, you are idle, idle. Therefore you say,
let us go and sacrifice to the Lord. Therefore, go now and work, for no straw shall be given to you. Yet you shall deliver the quota of bricks. And the officers of the Children of Israel saw that they were in trouble. And after it was said, you shall not reduce any bricks from your daily quota. So you see there he's being harsh on them, more harsh than he was before, especially since that was brought up for them to go sacrifice to their lord. He's like, God, you know,
I'm the god of this land. So he's basically treating them poorly, you know. And this is a verse twenty. So we're gonna go or I'm just gonna go ahead and highlight this real quick while I let me show you something real quick. Go to Psalms eighty two, verse one, really quick. This is an interesting, very interesting part of the Bible. And what it's saying here is it's talking about little g gods. I don't think Pharaoh was even a little g god, to be honest sight, I just
think that he thinks he is. But I think we should read this real quick. I'm on a verse twenty on Exodus. We're gonna hold off real quick and go to Psalms eighty two. It says God stands in the congregation of the Mighty. He judges among the gods little g gods. Interesting. I think that he's speaking about fallen angels that are over the lands right that are that are and angels that are over the different lands you know, like, that's what I believe he's talking about, because listen to
what he says. He says, how long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Sallah, defend the poor and fatherless, do justice to the afflicted and needy, Deliver the poor and needy, free them from the hand of the wicked. They do not know, nor they did understand. They walk about in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are unstable. I said, you are gods, little g gods, and all of your children of the Most High. But you shall die like men and fall like one of
the princes. Arise, though God judge the earth where you shall inherit all nations. So obviously he's talking to somebody that's not a man, right, That's why he saying you shall die like men. Who's he talking to? It says that they are the children of the Most High, the sons of God, the n l Oheim. That's what he's talking about. So he's telling them that you need to defend the poor, the fatherless, do justice afflicted with the needy,
delivered the poor and the needy. Right, he's trying to free them from the hand of the wicked they do not know, then I understand. See he's basically trying to tell them that they are doing unjustly. Right, they're unjust to the people, same thing that Pharaoh was doing right here. That's why I'm were to bring that verse up. And some people believe that that is actually just talking to human judges. But why does it say like you're gonna
die like men. Let's get back to Exodus verse twenty, all right, if you're following me along, it says, then as they came out from Pharaoh, they met Moses and Aaron, who stood there to meet them, and they said to them, let the Lord look on you and judge, because you made us abhorrent, and the sign of Pharaoh and then the sign and the sight of his servants to put
a sword in their hand to kill us. Okay, so you see what's happening here, animosity towards the Israelites from Pharaoh, and it gets even more you know, it just gets even more wicked as as the time goes. Right, So let's continue here. Israel's deliverance assured. So Moses returned to the Lord and said, Lord, why have you brought trouble on this on this, this, this people. Why is it you you have sent me? Why is it you have
sent me? For since I come to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to these people. Neither you, neither have you delivered your people at all? You know. So he's basically telling the Lord like, why'd you send me? Now? He's treating the people worse like our people? Why is he's treating him worse? You know? And they're basically like Moses is, his faith is kind of tested here because he's thinking, they're not gonna they're not They don't trust me now because the Pharaoh's being worse.
I went there as a representative and with Aaron, and I'm thinking that the people are gonna trust me now and that I'm gonna be able to get the pharaoh to do what we want him to do. But he's not listening, So why would you send me? Now? He's being worse on them. They're not gonna trust me, you know, kind of having doubt here. And what Moses forgets is that he is actually spoken the burning bush to the
most High. He has spoken to God and he doesn't you know what happens sometimes with us, you know, we forget the power that God gives us, you know that the power that God has, and sometimes we end up sinning even though God has power over the devil and over these demons, and we forget sometimes, you know. So it's kind of the same thing. So let's let's get now back to the word. It says Exodus six, verse one. Then the Lord said to Moses, now you shall see
what I will do to Pharaoh. For with a strong hand we will let them. He will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his out of his land. So this is just the way that God has to do it. Okay, God has to do it the way God does it. Sometimes we have these expectations of what God's going to do in our life and how God should do it, and and we are just mere men trying to expect God to do certain things. But God just works in his way. You know. God has the right way, the way that
is supposed to go down. God's will. And as you notice with Jesus when he was on the earth, he was actually saying, you know, let your will be done. Even though it was terrible what Jesus had to go through for him to die for our sins. He still said, you know, he he he still told them, you know, let your let die will be done and let this cup, you know, if it needs to pass, let it pass. And that's the way that you were supposed to to handle this. But yeah, and I'm guilty of it too.
You know, God, we have a promise that we're saved by grace through faith, and sometimes you know, our faith, you know, it gets tested and we fail, you know. But you know, Moses, one thing we got to understand real quick before we get back to the word. Moses doesn't have the Holy Bible like us, right, so he doesn't have the Bible to go refer to know exactly what's going on. Moses is having a first hand account
from God. If you look at numbers twelve versus four through rate, it actually says that I come to prophets and visions and in dreams the Lord was speaking, But when it comes to Moses, I speak to him face to face and mouth to mouth. So this is really really interesting that God is speaking to him. And you know, instead of having God's word to read like we do, or have the Old Testament or the New Testament, Moses has God's literal word. You understand, it's really interesting. So
when God, it says God spoke to Moses. It ain't like these people today that are part of the Naar movement where they're like God said that we need to do this. No, no, no, God literally speaking to Moses. So think about that. He actually has the literal word of God. We have the literal word of God too, I think through the Bible. But I'm just saying, like, is literal speaking. Yeah. So, and God spoke to Moses and said to him, I am the Lord. I appeared
to Abraham, to Isaac, to Jacob as God Almighty. But my name Lord, by my name Lord, I was not known to them. Let's stop there. Wow, dude, look at that. This is what that's verse two three. Okay, so he's he said that he appeared to Abraham. Okay, so we do see that recorded he actually went to Abraham before they went to sodomigamorro. We spoke about that. If you guys go back to Genesis eighteen, you'll see that Abraham
it says that the Lord appeared to Abraham. Wow, so he's telling he's saying that he appeared to Abraham to Isaac to Jacob. Now Jacob, remember he wrestled with God, that's one. And also he he when when God, when he was Jacob's ladder, you know, God appeared to him in a vision. So it says I appeared to Jacob, and Jacob obviously he he he wrestled with him. Isaac.
It says that he appeared to Isaac as well. So it says I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty Yahweh, by the name, by my name Lord. All right, all right, it says. And I was not known to them. Now we're back to the Bible. I have also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage in which they are, which they were strangers. And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel,
whom the Egyptians keep in bondage. And I have remembered my covenant. Therefore, say to the children of Israel, I am the Lord. I will bring you out from under the burdens of Egyptians. Of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm with great judgments. I will take you as my people, and I will be your God. Then you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who brings you out from the under the burdens of the Egyptians.
And I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Let's pause. God is going to keep his promise no matter what, even if four hundred and eighty years have passed, even if ten years have passed, even if three years have passed, God is going our three and a half years have passed. God is going to keep his promise. We need to understand that, right. And he's also see he's also he's
also sorry. He's also trying to let them like you know, He's gonna do something for them, these miracles to get the people to trust him, because because the Israelites, they always needed a sign, they always needed a miracle for them to believe in God. As you notice, you know, for them to believe the most High. We'll go back
to the to the scriptures. Then you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who brings you out of the under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and I will give it to you as a heritage. I am the Lord. So Moses spoke thus to the children of Israel. But they did not heed Moses because of anguish of spirit and of cruel bondage. So come on, guys, I know people would probably go, what are they doing? You know
this is God? You know, how come they're not heeding to God? But they're actually in slavery. Okay, So if you were in slavery and in bondage or in prison or in jail like Joseph or you know, something like that, and you're in bondage and you're getting treated more cruelly, then obviously you were gonna You're not gonna You're not gonna believe Moses. At the time, you're in anguish, you know, you're you're you're you're you're in bondage. You know you're
you're getting treated worse. You know, when someone comes to say they're gonna give you relief or grace, you're like, you know you want that, and then all of a sudden they treat you worse than you're you know, your your faith is obviously getting tested, but you know, it's harder to have faith when you're in that position, you know, when you were sharing your faith with people that are in bondage, or in spiritual bondage or deep into addiction.
You know, this is an example of that. They may feel that God is not with them, God is not helping them, even though God is with them step by step. So this is just an example of that of you know, how how it's hard to have faith sometimes when you're going through tough situations, especially like that being a slave. Oh, that's it must be. It must have been so tough and so hard. Sometimes we're a slave to sin, though, and we need to understand that, and that is hard.
I was a slave to sin, I was a slave to addiction. Before I was a slave to you know, certain things that had me in bondage. I wasn't a slave in Israel or in Egypt, I mean, but I was definitely a slave to the devil, you know, and and it had me under this this bondage, you know.
And and it's something that once you come to Jesus and you come to God like the Holy Spirit, you know, will release that bondage and then, you know, not not like you're released from all sins though, but you're released from that bondage that had you just stuck, that sin that was separating you from the Lord, the one that
you could just not get away from. You know, a lot of people have that in their life, and that's that's the one that's holding them back from getting saved or or feeling like they can be saved, because they keep going back into that rut. So don't let the devil lie to you. We'll get back to the word. So Exodus six, verse ten, and the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, go, tell Pharaoh, king of Egypt, to let the children of
Israel go and out of his land. Moses spoke before the Lord, saying, the children of Israel have not heeded me, How then shall Pharaoh heed me? For I am just of uncircumcised lips. Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron and gave them a command for the children of Israel and for the Pharaoh, king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. So all right, let's get back to all right, This is Exodus six, verse fourteen. There are the heads of
the fathers of houses, the sons of Ruby. Okay, now it's going to talk about the families. It's going to get into the family tree of Moses and of Aaron. Okay, let's get let's go ahead and read this. And yeah, it's like I said, when you go through these names, some of them will pop up that you might know who it is and you might not. But what it wants to basically show you is that he they come through the tribe of Levi, which is the priesthood. Right, so it says, then these are the heads of the
father's houses. The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, were Hanak, Palaal Hezron, and Karmen. These are the families of Ruben. And the sons of Simeon were Jamal, Jamon, Ohad, Jacin, Zahar, Shaouel, and the son of a Canaanite woman. These are the families of Simeon. These are the names of the sons of Levi according their generations Kirshan, Kohath, Marii, and the years of the life of Levi were one hundred and thirty seven. The sons of Jshan were Libni and Shimi.
According to their families, and the sons of Kohath were Amrah, Amram, Ishar, Hebron, and uzelil u Ziel, and the years of life of Cothoth were one hundred and thirty years. Their sons were Marii or Mahali Mushi, and their families of Levi according to their generations. All right, now, let's go where I We're getting close to them now. And Amram took himself jokobed, his father's sister and wife, and she bore him Aaron and Moses, and the years in the life of Amram
were one hundred and thirty seven. The sons of Ishar of co are Nefpig and Zikri, and the sons of Ziel were Mischiel, Isla Panzri. Aaron took himself Elizabe, daughter of Amdabab, the sister of Nashan his wife. She bore him nabad Abdi, Eliezar, and Ithamar. And the sons of
Cole were Assir, Ilkana, Abizafath, and the families of the Chorites. Eliezer, Aaron's son, took for himself one of the daughters of Patil his wife, and she bore him Philly fass are sorry finnishas and the heads of the Father's house of the Levites, according to their families, there are some. There are the same Aaron and Moses, to whom the Lord said, bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt.
According to their armies. These are the ones who spoke to Pharaoh, the King of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. These are the same Moses and Aaron. So as you see, Moses and Aaron are Levites. Leevites can be part of the priests. They're the only ones that could be part of the priestood back then. So that's why you have that explained to I believe uh for you know, for that. Let me get back to that real quick. Sorry. Exodus five, okay, perfect, let's continue.
So is Moses's spokesman is what it says on the title page. It says, and it came to pass on the day the Lord spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt, that the Lord spoke to Moses saying, I am the Lord, speak to Pharaoh, King of Egypt, all that I say to you. But Moses said, before Lord, behold, I am of uncircumcised lips. How shall Pharaoh heed me? All right, now we're going to go to Exodus seven, and now we're moving right along here. So this is Moses.
The title says Moses before Pharaoh. So the Lord said to Moses, See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh, and Aaron, your brother, shall be your prophet, and you shall speak all that I command you. And Aaron your brother shall tell Pharaoh to send the children of Israel out of his land. And I will harden Pharaoh's heart and multiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.
But Pharaoh will not heed you, so that I may lay my hand on Egypt and bring my armies and my people, the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, by great judgments, and the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord. Then I stretch out my hand on Egypt and bring out the children of Israel from among them. So God is going to be playing the five DJs while the Pharaoh's going to be playing checkers, especially his magi here right, You're going to see that
his magi tries to compete with God. And the crazy thing for me is that the magi or the magicians, they actually do certain things that are kind of like signs and wonders. So just so you know, i'll read this real quick before we get into the Aaron's miraculous rod. It says second Thessalonians two verses nine through twelve. This
is what reminds me of the magi, you know. So there is going to be some signed in wonders that you're going to see from certain fellows that come in the you know, and and you know, the prophet and the Antichrist, whether you are a premillennialist or seven year tribulation or whatever you are. Unless you are thinking that Satan's little season already happened. Let me just go over
this so you guys can see. It says the coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders, with all unrighteousness deception. Among these who perish because they did not receive the love of the truth, they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, and they should believe the lie that they may be condemned. Who did not believe the truth but had pleasures in unrighteousness.
So this is just showing you that Satan does have power. He has signs, lying wonders and deceptions that he's gonna do. So this is exactly what's happening in this back and forth between God or Aaron Moses. God, he's the one that's giving them the power and the faith to do these certain things. And the magicians and the Pharaoh. You're gonna see it's like a back and forth thing. And let's go over. I'll finish this up real quick, and then I'll let you know what's happening here, what God
is doing. So says, then Moses and Aaron did so just as the Lord commanded them, and they did. And Moses was eighty years old and Aaron eighty three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh. So they actually have some age on them wise, right, they're wise at this time that the Bible says to be wise as a serpent, So they're a little bit older at this time. So I think they do have a wisdom and they're probably able to handle this a lot better than if there
were forty or thirty, you know. So here was just what it says, says Aaron's miraculous rod. So the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, when Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, show a miracle, your show a miracle for yourselves. Then you shall say to Aaron, take your rod and cast it before Pharaoh, and let it become a serpent. So Moses and Aaron went into Pharaoh, and they did so just as the Lord commanded. And Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before a serpent, and before his servants,
and it became a serpent. But Pharaoh also caused the wise men the sorcerers, So the magicians, you know, these are the sorcerers of Egypt, right, So these are the magi, these are the magicians. These are the ones that have their own powers through Satan. Right, that's not through Raw, it's not through Osiris, it's not through Nimrod. This is Satan doing this sis. But but Pharaoh also called the wise men and sorcerers, so the magicians of Egypt, they
also did in like manner with their enchantments. For every man threw down his rod, and they became serpents. But Aaron's rods swallow up their rods. Right, So basically Aaron's serpents swallowed up their serpents, and the Pharaoh grew heart, grew hard and did not heed to them as the Lord had said. So God is showing them. Yeah, you can probably mimic this like like Satan always does. He tries to do counterfeit mimics. But God is going to eat him up. God's power is over Satan's power. Okay.
God has way more power than Satan. And he's showing Pharaoh right now. And even though Pharaoh might not know about the Devil or Satan, he doesn't know, but he's working firsthand with Satan. Dude, everything he's doing, and these sorcerers, that's where their power is coming from. It is coming from Satan. With the powers, the signs, the lying wonders, the deceptions is coming from the devil. He's given them power to do these things. And God is saying back off.
You know, I already know that. You know, as you go through these these plagues, you know, these these these ten plagues, you're going to see that God is the all powerful, the God of God, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lord. As you go through, so one thing I want to kind of go through for you guys, before we get into these plagues, is we need to understand what's happening here, you know. So what is happening so, well, there's ten plagues that that God puts over the the
you know, the Egyptians, right, the ten plagues. I'll just read this real quick. I got a little article with us. It says these ten plagues not only demonstrated the power of God to Moses, the children of Israel, the Egyptians in Pharaoh, but they were such magnitude that they would be remembered all through all generations throughout the entire world. They again testify as both the Old and New Testament
alike salvation from beginning to end. It is only accomplished through Jesus Christ, the Author, through the finish of our faith. So these are corresponding to Egyptian gods and goddesses and the type of plague. So I have the gods that God is basically you know, the Egyptian God. That God is basically showing you know, he is the Lord of Lord, king of kings, He is the all powerful. So the first one is gonna be hap Hi, the Egyptian god of the Nile. The Egyptian god was a water bearer. Right.
So so the first plague, we're gon We're gonna read the word first, and then I'll go back and show you about this Egyptian god. So the first plague, waters become blood. Let's read that. This is Exodus seven, verse fourteen. So the Lord said to Moses, Pharaoh's heart is hard. He refuses to let the people go. Go to Pharaoh in the morning when he goes out to the water, and you shall stand by the river bank to meet him.
And the rod, which has turned to a serpent, you shall take it in your hand, and you shall say to him, the Lord, God of the Hebrew, has sent me to you, saying, let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness. But indeed, until now you would not hear. Thus says the Lord. You know this is basically saying, Thus says the Lord. This is God speaking. By this, you shall know that I am
the Lord. Behold, I will strike the waters which are in the river with the rod that is in my hand, and they shall turn to blood, and the fish that are in the rivers shall die. The rivers shall stink, and the Egyptians will loathe to drink the water in the river. So we have that. So let's go ahead and see real fast. We're gonna We're gonna stop at verse nineteen, and let's see what this is. The first plague was given to the Egyptians from God was that
of turning the water to blood. As Aaron, the spokesman for Moses, touched the rod of the Lord the now river, it immediately turned to blood. All the fish dyed, the river stank. Partially able to duplicate the miracle, the magicians of the Pharaoh also turned the water into blood, leaving Pharaoh unimpressed with this great wonder from God. But God
is basically seven days oh seven days. The water throughout all the line Egypt remain in this state unsuitable for drinking, the perfect length of time to demonstrate that the Lord was superior over all other gods of Egypt. So the first one that God is mocking the Egyptian god is Hapai, the Egyptian god of the Nile. All right, that's the first one. So I want to go over that. So let's get back to the word of God. Let's keep
it right there. Then the Lord spoke to Moses, say to Aaron, take your rod, stretch it out over the hand of the waters of Egypt, with their streams and their rivers and their ponds, and over the pools of the water, that they may become blood, and you shall be bled throughout the land of Egypt, both in buckets of wood and pictures of stone. And Moses and Aaron
did so just as the Lord commanded. So we lifted up the rod, struck the waters that were in the river, and in the sight of Pharaoh and the side of his servants, all the waters were in the river were turned to blood. The fish in the river had died, the river stink. The Egyptians could not drink the water, so the blood throughout all the land of Egypt. So there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt, all right.
Now we see. Then the magicians of Egypt did so, and their enchantments in Pharaoh's heart grew hard, and he did not heed to them, as the Lord had said. And Pharaoh, Pharaoh turned and went into the house. Neither was his heart moved by this. So all the Egyptians dug all around the river for water to drink, because they could not drink the water in the river. And seven days passed after the Lord has struck the river. So you see that now, so secret arts that these
magicians have. So that Pharaoh was like, well, my magicians can do that too. But as you'll see, as these plagues get harder and harder to replicate, you'll see what happens. So the second plague is the frogs. Okay, so let me take a drink real quick. So we read, all right, So it says, and the Lord spoke to Moses, go to Pharaoh and say to whom thus says the Lord, let my people go and they will serve me. But if you refuse to let them go, behold, I will
smite all your territory with frogs. So the rivers shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and go into your house, into your bedroom, on your bed, into the houses of your servants and your people, open into your ovens, into your kneading bulls, and the frogs shall come up on you and your people and all your servants. Okay, So this one right here is the Egyptian goddess of fertility. It's Hickeet Haket. The Egyptian goddess had the head of
a frog. All right, So this is God. Just saying he got your gods, right, you got your gods, and I'm gonna just test you guys and show you that your gods are nothing. You know. So this one is, It says Egyptian plague, frogs coming from the Nile River. Still Pharaoh refused to let the chosen of Israel go from the presence of the Egypt. This is I'm reading from my sheet now, not from the word of God. Okay, it says Egyptian plague. Still Pharaoh refused to let the
chosen of Israel go from the presence of Egypt. The second plague was extended upon Egypt from the rod by Aaron was that of frogs. The frogs came up from the river and were in their houses their food. We already talked about that. It says, from the greatest to the least, no one in Egypt escaped the plague of the frogs. Pharaoh's magicians were able to bring more frogs into the attempt to imitate the power of God, but only Moses was able to make the frogs go away.
All right, So yeah, so that's what he was doing. He was making fun or showing that he has power over this. Heki the Egyptian goddess of fragility. Right, so he has the face of a frog. So you see, I believe that's probably the god that he's mocking. All right. So then the Lord said to Moses, say to Aaron, stretch out your hand with your rod over the streams, over the rivers, over the ponds, and cause frogs to
come up out of the land of Egypt. So Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt, and the frogs came up and covered the land of Egypt. And the magicians did so with their enchantments and brought up frogs on the land of Egypt. Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said, entreat the Lord that he may take away the frogs from me and from my people, and I will let the people go, and
they may sacrifice to the Lord. And Moses said to Pharaoh, accept the honor of saying that I shall intercede for you, for your servants and for the people, to destroy the frogs from you and your houses, and they remain in the river. Only he said, so he said tomorrow, when he said, let it be according to your word, that you may know that there's no one like the Lord, our God, and the frogs shall depart from you, from the houses, from your servants, and from your people, and
they shall remain in the river. Only. Then Moses and Aaron went out to the Pharaoh, and Moses cried out to the Lord concerning the frogs which have been brought against Pharaoh. So the Lord did according to the word of Moses, and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the courtyards, and out of the fields. And they gathered them together and heaps, and the land stink, but keeps happening, and the land is stinking with death. But Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he heart in
his heart and did not heed them. And the Lord, as the Lord had said, So he keeps basically saying, you know, he lies to God and gets him to do what he wants me to do, and then he just keeps them anyways. So God is like, all right, well, let's up the level, you know here. So the next one God's going to be dealing with is the third plague, which is lice. Okay, so let's see who God is mocking it, says Geb, the Egyptian god of the Earth,
the Egyptian god Geb was over the dust of the earth. Right, So the Egyptian plague lice was from the dust of the earth. So we believe that that's who God is mocking here, the third plague lice. So let's get back to the word it says. So the Lord said to Moses, say to Maren, stretch out your rod and strike the dust of the land, and it may become lice throughout
all the land of Egypt. And they did so. So Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod and stuck and struck the dust of the earth, and it became lice on man of the and beast. All the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt. Now the magicians so work with their enchantments to bring forth lice. But they could not do so. They or they could not. So there were lights on the men and the beast, and the magicians said to Pharaoh, this
is the finger of God. But Pharaoh's heart grew hard and he did not heed them, just as the Lord had said. So this time the magicians were not able to do so. Okay, he was not able to do so, So they weren't able to to to They were not able to replicate this one, right, so God knew that by the third plague, they were already, you know, throwing in the towel. All right. So the next one, the fourth plague, is going to be flies. Okay, you know what, let me check something. I think that I don't think
that that Hebrew word flies. I don't think that it's flies. I think that that is an interpretation of what it is it is gonna be. Let me just check real quick. Exodus eight, verse twenty. Let's see what it says. I'm going to the strong succordance Exodus eight, verse twenty. All right, okay, swarm of flies. Yeah. When I was studying this, I was noticing, oh yeah, see it's it's a swarm of flies.
Is not in the Hebrew. It just says swarms, okay, and probably meaning the mixture of incessant or involved in motion. So there was just swarms of something. But that word flies is actually not in the Hebrew, so we don't know if it was actually flies. Just to let you know, it was a swarm of something, some type of insects. I think they placed that in their swarm of flies. I don't know if they knew exactly what that was,
just letting you know. I just I heard that when I was listening, when I was listening to a study, and I just wanted to let you guys know. But the God that God is trying to hold on. Let me put this here. The God that God is mocking is going to be the little g Fate God is going to be Capri, Egyptian god of creation, movement of the sun, and rebirth. Kepri, the Egyptian god had the head of a fly, right, so maybe it was a fly. I don't know, but this is something that someone interprets
as being the God that God is mocking. So we'll go back to first one. It says, and the Lord said to Moses, rise early in the morning, stand before Pharaoh as he comes out of the water. Then say to him, thus says the Lord, let my people go, and that they may serve me, or else you will not let my people go. Behold, I will send a swarm of flies on you and your servants, on the
people into your houses. The house of Egyptians shall be a full of swarm of flies, also the ground on which they stand, And that that day I will set apart the land of Goshen in which my people dwell. With those swarms of flies shall there be there in order for you that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the land. I will make a difference between my people and your people tomorrow.
This sign shall be. And the Lord did so. Thick swarms of flies or insects, whatever they are, came into the house of Pharaoh, into his servants houses, and all the land of Egypt. The land was corrupted because of the swarm of flies or insects, whatever they are. All right, I just want to tell you guys that that's not in the Hebrew. It just swarm of some type of insects. Then called for Moses and Aaron and said, go sacrifice
to your God in the land. And Moses said, it is not right to do so, for we will be sacrificed in the abominations of the Egyptians of the Lord our God. If we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, they shall not they shall they not stone us. He will go three days journey into the wilderness and sacrifice the Lord our God, as we will command us, as he will command us. So Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that you may sacrifice to
your Lord, your God in the wilderness. Only you shall go, not go very far intercede from me. Then Moses says, indeed, I am not going out from you. I will entreat the Lord. What this swarm of flies may depart tomorrow from Pharaoh, for his servants and from his people. But let Pharaoh not deal deceitfully anymore by letting the people go sacrifice the Lord. So Moses went up from Pharaoh and entreated the Lord. And the Lord did according to the word of Moses. He removed the swarm of flies
from Pharaoh, from his servants, from his people. Not one remained. But Pharaoh hard in his heart at this time. Also, neither would he let the people go. So he just keeps on putting, you know, Moses and Aaron together, putting God together, saying that I will let them go as soon as they take away the flies. He hardens his heart. But Pharaoh hard in his heart, and he will not
let the people go. So, like I said, man, it's his chess match, even though I think that the Pharaoh was only playing chuckers, and God's the one playing chess because he cannot compete with the Lord, and his magi cannot compete with the Lord either. Where's the next one? All right? Okay? So yeah, so the next god that we're dealing with here is the fifth plague is livestock diseased. So I think the next one is going to be
half the way Egyptian goddess of love and protection. Usually, this Egyptian goddess was depicted as the head of a cattle, so yeah, so this is a I believe that he's mocking this Egyptian god. So then the Lord said to Moses, Now we're back to the scripture. Okay. So then the Lord said to Moses, go into Pharaoh and tell him, Thus says the Lord, God of Hebrews, let my people
go that they may serve me. For if you refuse to let them go and still hold them, behold, the hand of the Lord will be on your cattle in the field, on the horses and on the donkeys, on the camels, on the oxen, and on the sheep, a very severe pestilence. And the Lord will make a difference between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. So nothing shall die of all that belongs to the
children of Israel. Then the Lord appointed a set time, saying, tomorrow, the Lord will do this and the thing in your land. So the Lord did this thing on the next day, and all the livestock of Egypt died. Out of the livestock of the children of Israel, not one died. Then Pharaoh sent and indeed not one of the livestock of Israeites was dead. But the heart of Pharaoh became hard, and he did not let the people go. So he
is just prideful. Pride is definitely intriguing this guy. Now, the next one that that uh is going to be the boils and isis is the one I think that God is mocking, the Egyptian goddess of medicine and peace. All right, so let's let's go ahead and read it. Says we're back to the scriptures. Now the sixth plague
is boils. So the Lord said to Moses in there and take yourselves handfuls of ashes from a furnace, and let Moses scatter it toward the heavens of the in the side of Pharaoh, and it will become fine dust in all the land of Egypt, and it'll call it'll cause boils that break out, and so on the man in beasts throughout the land of Egypt. Then they took ashes from the furnace and said before Pharaoh and Moses scattered them toward heaven. And they cause boils that break
out and sores and on man and beast. And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils. For the boyles were on the magicians and on the Egyptians. But the Lord heard and the heart of Pharaoh, and he did not heed them, just as the Lord had spoken to Moses. So as you guys, see, the magicians that were trying to compete with God now have boils all over them, so they know that they cannot compete.
And yeah, so you see that God is mocking their God in this case, someone interpreted that as being isis. But you see that they have no power over God. The Lord of lords and the magicians are also getting this, you know, the magi of Egypt. This is happening to them too, So as you as, He's basically showing the Pharaoh that they have no power over these either. So you know, but still Pharaoh has his heart heartened. So that was plague number six. The next plague. Plague number
seventh is gonna be hale. And this one, we believe you know in this this article that he is mocking Nut, the Egyptian goddess of the sky. Right, so this is their sky god. So let's go back to the scripture. It says the seventh plague hail. Then the Lord said to Moses, rise early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh and say to him, Thus says the Lord, God of the Hebrews, let my people go, that they may
serve me. For at this time I will send all my plagues to your very heart and on your servants, on your people. You may know that there is none like me in all the earth. Now, if I had stretched out my hand and shruck you and your people with pestilence, then you will be cut off from this earth. But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, and I will show you my power in you, that my name may be declared in all the earth, as that you shall exalt yourself against my people, and that
you will not let them go. Behold, tomorrow, about this time, I will cause very heavy hail to rain down. Such has not been in Egypt since it's founding, until now. So there has not been any hale or that like this ever, right, So this is God's judgment on these people, and it's very heavy. Okay. So therefore, send now and gather your livestock and all that you have in the field, for your hal shall come down on every man and every animal which is found in the field and is
not brought home, and they shall die. So this hale is so heavy that it's going to kill the livestock and man. So yeah, this is heavy stuff right here. So yeah, so let's check this out. So it says he who feared the word of the Lord on the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and livestock flee to the houses. But he who did not regard the word of the Lord left his servants and his livestock in
the field. Then the Lord said to Moses, stretched out your hand towards to heaven, and there may be hale and all the land of Egypt, on man, on beasts, on every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. And Moses stretched out his hand as rod toward heaven. And the Lord sent thunder and hail, and fire darted to the ground. And the Lord reigned Hal on the land of Egypt. So there was Hal and fire mingled
in the hell. So that very heavy. That was none like it in the land of Egypt ever since it became a nation. And the hail struck throughout the whole land of Egypt, all that was in the field, both man and beast and Hal struck every herb of the field and broke every tree in the field. Only in the land of Gsham, where the children of Israel were, was no hail. So you guys can imagine this this judgment here, and it actually talks about there being fire
as well, so that that's that's heavy. Man, you can imagine how scary that is. I've been in a little hel storm, you know, when I was in when I was in h what was that at I was at Fort Lee, Virginia. A pretty good hell storm, pretty good storm there when I was in the barracks kind of just looking out and there was this giant building that we were in. It was a nice building that was just built, so it wasn't a it wasn't like basic training. This is a I t when I was there, and
it was a pretty good storm. It was a lightning storm and I remember they're just being hailed and all this stuff, and yeah, and that's just little hell. So you can imagine these hal this. You know, hal can knock you out. It's like a base like getting hit by a baseball. Uh, these are heavy hit. So these are probably even bigger than baseballs. And you know, it's like getting hit in the head with even when they're small, it's like getting in the head with the golf ball.
But these are probably like softballs, are bigger, so it says, And the pharaohs sent and called for Moses and there and said to them, I have sinned this time. The Lord is righteous. So my people are wicked, and treat the Lord excuse me, and that they they may no more mighty thundering in hell. For it is enough. I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer. So Moses said to him. As soon as I have gone out to the city, I will spread out my hands to the Lord. The thunder will seize, and there
will be no more hell. That you may know that the earth is the Lord's. But as for you and your servants, I know you will not fear the Lord God. Now the flacks of the barley were struck, for the barley was in the head, and the flax was in bud. But the wheat and the spelt were not struck, for they are late crops. So Moses went out to the city of Pharaoh, spread out his hands to the Lord, and the thunder and the hal seized, and the rain
was not poured on the earth. And then Pharaoh saw that the rain, the hail, the thunder sees he had sinned yet more, and he harder in his heart, he and his servants. So the heart of Pharaoh was hard. Neither would he let the chosen of Israel go, as the Lord has spoken by Moses, so once again his heart and heart. So this is just it's getting crazy.
That's the seventh one. You can imagine being the Pharaoh and seeing these things happening in front of his eyes, these signs and these wonders and knowing that you are sinning. And can you guys imagine being Moses and Aaron, you know, knowing that it's going to kill these people, but you gotta do God's will and you gotta have faith, and it'd be hard. You know. It's kind of like similar to you know, David when he was in war you know, if you if you read Kings David was in war
or similar to Joshua and Caleb. We'll read it a little bit later where they're sent to go into this land and kill all the men, women and children of these tribes of giants. They're sent in to kill these tribes of the giants, and you know, it's kind of the same thing. It's just really it's it's it's crazy. But let's see what else we got going on here.
The eighth plague is going to be the locusts, right, and the god I think that he is mocking a Seth, the Egyptian god of storms and disorder, Egyptian plague Locus from the sky, all right, So I think that he's probably mocking that god. And then that's what that's what they say in this article. And yeah, I think that there's probably some definitely some connections here. So the eighth
plague is Locus. Now, the Lord said that Moses go into Pharaoh, for I have heart in his heart and the hearts of his servants, that I may show signs of mine beforehand, and that you may tell in the hearing of your son and your son's son the mighty things I have done in Egypt, and my signs which I have done among them, that they may know that
I am the Lord. So Moses and Aaron came into Pharaoh and said to him, thus says the Lord, God of the heb was, how long will you refuse to humble yourself before me let my people go, that they may serve me? Or else if you refuse to let my people go, Behold, tomorrow, I will bring locusts into your territory, and they shall cover the face of the earth, so that no one will be able to see the earth. And they shall eat the residue which is left which
remains to you from the hail. And they shall eat every tree which grows up from you out of the field. They shall fill your houses, the houses of all your servants, the houses of all the Egyptians, which neither your fathers nor your father's fathers have seen since the day that they were on the earth. And this day and he turned and went out from Pharaoh. So look, let's go. Man. You can imagine the locus coming and covering the land in your house and the people, and and how scary
that is, you know, because these are your crops. You don't have a vond's and stated, brothers and albersons to go to. These are crops and this is this is their livestock and their food and and uh, man, it's crazy that the pharaoh just didn't give in on the second or third. Uh you know one. But nah, man, he's all the way to the locusts now, so it says then Pharaoh's servants said to him, how long shall this man be snared to us? How long shall this man be snared to us? Let the men go that
they may serve their Lord, their god. Do not do you not know that Egypt is destroyed. So Moses and there were brought again to Pharaoh, and he said to them, go serve the Lord your god. Who are the ones that are going? And Moses said, we will go with your young, with our young are old, with our sons and our daughter, with our flocks, our herds. We would go, for we must hold the feast to the Lord. Then he said to them the Lord had better, Oh hold on,
what did do? Sorry? Then the Lord said to Moses, stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come upon the land of Egypt and eat every herb of the land. All the hell was left. So Moses stretched out is road over the land of Egypt, and the Lord brought an east wind on the land all the day and all that night. When it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts. The locusts went up over the land of Egypt and
rested on all the territory of Egypt. They were very severe. Previously there had been no such locusts as they, nor saw there be such after them. For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened, and they ate every herb of the land, all the fruit of the trees which hail had left, so there remained nothing green on the trees or the plants in the field throughout the land of Egypt. Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste, and said, I have
sinned against the Lord, your God, and against you. Now. Therefore, please forgive my sin only this wants, and entreat the Lord God, that he may take away me this death only. So he went out from Pharaoh and treated the Lord. And the Lord turned a very strong west wind, which took the locusts away and blew them into the Red Sea. There remained not one locust in the territory of Egypt. But the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart that he would not
let the children of Israel go. Now, the Lord is hardening his heart to see what's going on here, like we like, he just needs to, you know, he needs to get all these my fault, especially this. The next god, the one that everybody, a lot of people would know about, especially conspiracy theorists. I think the next god that he is going to be dealing with would be Raw, the Sun God. And this is one that people probably know from Jordan Peterson. And and if you study that these
you know these different. This is the Sun God Raw. Right, let's see what this says here, the ninth plague darkness. Then the Lord said to Moses, stretch out your hand toward the heaven, that you may be darkness over the land of Egypt. Darkness may even be felt. So Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven. And there was thick darkness in the land of Egypt. For three days. They did not see one another, nor did did anyone rise from his place. For three days, all the children of
Israel had light in their dwellings. Then Pharaoh called the Moses and said, go serve the Lord. Only let your flocks and their hers be kept back. Let your little ones also go with you. But Moses said, you must also give us sacrifice this and burnt offerings. For we may sacrifice to our Lord, our God. Our livestock also shall go with us. Not a hoof shall be left behind, for we must take them to serve the Lord, our God. And even do not know what we have. Must serve
the Lord until we arrived there. But the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart and he would not let them go. Then Pharaoh said to him, get away from me, take heed to yourselves. See my face no more. But in the day that you see my face, you shall die. So Moses said, you have spoken, well, I will never see your face again. Wow. Very interesting. So that was the ninth plague. Now we go to number ten, which is definitely hard for a lot of people to heartpel for
people to swallow. Understand this, you know it is it is very hard for people to swallow this one. But like I said, God's will will be done. God's promise will be done. And this is just uh, you know, this is the tenth plague, the death of the firstborn announced and this is very sad, you know, and and stuff like this is like I said, you know, it's it's hard when when you're dealing with death. But we don't know what happened to them after they died, you know,
we have no idea. But uh. The last one that is uh is going to be Pharaoh, the ultimate power of Egypt. This is the one that God is going to be dealing with this time, is going to be Pharaoh, okay, And this is the one that will bring him to his knees. And God knows, and this is one will bring everyone to their knees that they're if they're firstborn died. So let's get into this real quick. It's Exodus eleven, verse one, and the Lord said to Moses, I will
bring one more plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward he will let you go from there. And and when he lets you go, he will surely drive you out of here. All together. Speak now in the hearing of the people, and let every man ask from his neighbor, every woman from his neighbor. Articles is silver and gold. And the Lord gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover, the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the side of pharaoh
servants and in the sight of the people. Why would he be great because he did signs and wonders. And you know, that's that's why this is not the Bible. This is just me talking. Why would he be great in the land because these people they needed signs, they needed miracles, and they're seeing this stuff happen. Obviously they're thinking that, you know. And he also, Moses, I think he went to you know, these these schools of you know,
the Egyptians, and went through all that. And as we talked about in the Exodus one through four, all right, we're going to get back to the scripture. It says then Moses said, thus says the Lord, about midnight, I will go out into the midst of Egypt, and all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, for the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, from the firstborn a pharaoh who sits on the throne, even to the firstborn of the female servant who is behind
the handmail, all the firstborn of the animals. Then there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt such as not like it before, nor shall it be like it again. But against none of the children of Israel. Shall a dog move its tongue against the man or beast. Then you may know that the Lord make a difference between the Egyptians and Israel. And all these your servants shall come down to me and bow down to me, saying get out, and all the people
who follow you after that, I will go out. And they went from the Pharaoh in great anger. But the Lord said to Moses, Pharaoh will not heed you, so that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt. And Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh, and the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not let the children of Israel go out of his hand. So this is gonna be. Now we're going to be Exodus twelve. And this is the passover instituted. Okay, guys, now you
guys see the passover. This is this is this is important. So we saw all the gods that God is mocking. I know, I think I have some notes right here. Let me just see before we go forward Exodus eight through twelve. Is there anything that I have going on here? Well, one thing that someone went through is like types. You know, there's types of things instituted in the Bible. A type is a person, event or situation that becomes a type or shadow when it serves a prophetic fore telling of
future events of persons. Now types in Exodus and in Joshua, like Egypt is a type of the world. Okay, I just want to let you guys know this before we get into the passover instituted and then Pharaoh is the type of Satan. You know, pride. You know, you see certain things that that he has. The people of Israel are a type of people enslaved. You know, some of us are in bonds or enslaved to sin. Passover is a type of sheltering under the blood of the Lamb,
the lamb being Jesus. The Exodus is a type of believers existing in the world. So you see that there's believers that are in the world, in the land of Egypt, and God delivers them just like we get delivered when we when we believe in Jesus. Right crossing the Red Sea is a type of water baptism. You know, if you guys are you know, if you guys are Christian, and you go to a church or you belong to
a church. You know, Baptism is something that you know that I've done, you know myself, I think it's uh, you know, I think it's it's good to do. Definitely, I would definitely recommend that you're making a you know, it's just it's just something that I believe that people should do. It's this wilderness wanderings is the type of learning how to know God. Crossing the Jordan as the type of entering the promises of God, and then battles of the land are a type of learning to walk
by faith. So there's a types. I just want to let you guys know that. So when we're going through the Bible, you guys know that there's types. And sometimes I'll try to point those out if I can, but I have to go. I have to kind of go from the Word to my notes, and sometimes I don't get to read those at the exact moment I would like to. But we'll get back to the Word. Now we're in Exodus twelve, verse one. Now, now the Lord spoke to Moses and there in the land of Egypt,
saying this month shall be your beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year. To you speak to all the congregation of Visuels, saying, on the tenth of this month, every man shall take for himself a lamb according to the house of his father, a lamb for his household. Excuse me, and if the household is too small for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next to his house take it according to the number of the persons, according to each man's need. You
shall make your count for the lamb. The lamb shall be without blemish. Wow, doesn't this remind you of Jesus? A male of the first year? You may take it from your sheep for the goats. You shall keep it until the fourteenth day on the same month, and the whole assembly of the Congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight. Then they shall make some of the blood and put it on the two door posts on the
lintel of the houses they were they eat it. They shall eat the flesh on that night, roasting in fire and unleavened bread. So we got flesh in the bread, just like Jesus. Right. Very interesting. They shall eat the flesh of the night, roasted in fire and leaven bread with the bitter herbs. They shall eat it. Do not eat it raw, nor boiled in with water, but roasted in fire. Its head, with its legs, and its entails. You shall let none of them remain until the morning.
But it remains until the morning, you shall burn with fire. And thus you shall eat it with the belt of your waiste, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. You shall eat it in haste. You shall eat it in haste. It is the Lord's passover. So now we have passover here. So for I will pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and I will strike all the first born in the land of Egypt, both men and beast, and against the gods of Egypt. I will execute judgment. I am the Lord.
Now the blood shall be a sign from you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over. When I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you. When I strike the land of Egypt. So you have to put blood on your door. And so if you have the blood on your door, then then you know, and you follow what God says, then he will not strike the first born. So this day shall be to you a memorial, and you shall
keep it as a feast to the Lord. Throughout your generations. You shall keep it a feast by an everlasting ordinance. Seven days you shall eat the unleaven bread. On the first day you shall remove eleven from your houses. For whoever eats leaven bread from the first day to the seventh day, that person shall be cut off from Israel. On the first day there shall be a holy convocation convocation. On the seventh day there should be a holy convocation for you. No manner of work shall be done on them.
That which everyone must eat, that only may be prepared by you. You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread, for on this same day I have brought your armies out of the land of Egypt. Therefore you shall observe this day throughout your generations as an everlasting ordinance. And the first month of the fourteenth day of the month, at evening, you shall eat eleven bread until the twenty
first day of the month at evening. For seven days, no leaven shall be found in your houses, since whoever eats what is leaven, that same person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is a stranger or a native to the land. You shall eat nothing leavened in your dwellings. You shall eat on live and bread. Okay, So we're going to continue here, and
God is explaining passover to them. Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, pick out and take lambs for yourself, according to your families, and kill the passover lamb. And you shall take a bunch of hiss hop, dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the door posts with your blood that is in the basin. And none of you shall go out of the door of your houses until morning, and the Lord will pass
through to strike the Egyptians one moment. Guys like my, yeah, sometimes that happens on the laptop. All right, Okay, So I was at And you shall observe this thing as an ordinance for you and your sons forever. It will come to pass when you come to the land which the Lord will give you, just as he promised, he shall keep his service. And it shall be when your children say to you, what do you mean by this service?
And you shall say it is the passover sacrifice of the Lord who passed over the houses to the children of Israel and the egypt He had struck the Egyptians that delivered our households. So the people bowed their heads in worship, and the children of Israel went away and did so, just as the Lord commanded Moses and Aaron ah Man. Yeah, this is the tenth plague, the death
of the firstborn. This is crazy, so it says, and it came to pass at midnight that the Lord shruck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, when the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne, to the firstborn of the captain who was in the dungeon, all the firstborn of livestock. So so Pharaoh rose in the night, he and all his servants and the Egyptians that were in the Great City of Egypt, for there was not a house, was not one dead. So you could see
that's just super sad. Man. This this this is crazy that that he had to bring it all the way to this point. And you know, I have children, and I couldn't imagine my firstborn dying like this. I think it's it's definitely super sad and the Exodus, it says, then he called for Moses. So now we're on the exodus, okay. Then he called for Moses and arry by night and said, rise, go out from among my people, both you and your children of Israel, and go serve the Lord as you
have said. Also, take your flocks and your herds as you had said, and be gone and bless me also. And the Egyptians urged the people that might send them out of the land and the haste, and they said, we shall all be dead. So so so the the Egyptians urged the people that they might send them out of the land in haste, where they said, we shall all be dead. So the people took their dough before it was leven, having their their needed bulls bound up
in their clothes of their shoulders. Now the children of Israel had done, had done according to the word of Moses, and they had asked from the Egyptians articles of silver, articles of gold, clothing. And the Lord had given the people favor and the side of the Egyptians. So they granted them what they requested, and they plundered the Thus
they plundered the Egyptians. Then the children of Israel journeyed from Ramsays to Sekkov, about six hundred thousand men on feet, besides children, a mixture multitude went up to them, and flocks and herds, a great deal of livestock. And they baked leaving cakes to the dough. And they had brought out of Egypt. Or they have leven because they were driven out of Egypt and could not wait, nor had
they prepared provisions for themselves. Now, the sojourn of children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years, and it came to pass that the end of four hundred and thirty years, on the same day, it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. It is night and solemn observance of the Lord to bring them out of the land of Egypt. That is the night of the Lord, a solemn observance of the children of
Israel throughout their generations. Yes, there we go, man, he's yeah. All this had to happen for them to get out. It's it's yeah, it's let's continue. It says, passover regulations. And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, this is the ordinance of the passover. No foreigner shall eat it, but every man's servant who is brought for money, when when you have circumcised him and they eat it, a
sojourner had a hired servant, shall not eat it. In one house it shall be eaten, and shall not carry out any flesh outside the house, nor shall you break one of its bones. All yeah, see, similar to Jesus. You know he didn't you know, it's a that's another thing that didn't happen to Jesus. Did bones didn't break.
For the congregation of Israel shall keep it. And what a stranger dwells into you wants to keep the passover land, and in his males be circumcised, and let him come near to it, and he shall be a native of the land. For no uncircumcised person shall eat it. One law shall be for the native born and for the stranger who dwells among you. Thus, all the children of
Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses. So they did, and it came to pass that the very same day the Lord brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt according to their armies. Yes, so yeah, I tell you. The Lake of stay was four hundred and thirty years, man being bondage that long. Okay, so we got Exodus thirteen, verse one. If you're following along, I got about another half an hour of this study
to go through. Yeah, if you want to follow along, we're in Exodus thirteen and the New King James version Bible. The firstborn consecrated. Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, consecrate to me all the firstborn. Whatever the op opens the womb among the children of Israel, both men and beast, it is mine. On the feast of unloven bread. And Moses said to the people, remember this day in which you went out to Egypt and out of the house of bondage. For by strength of hand the Lord brought
you out of his place. No leaven bread shall be eaten on this day. You are going out in the month of Abib, and it shall be that the Lord brings you into the land of Canaanites and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hiphites, and the Jebisites, which he swore to the fathers to give you the landfall of milk and honey, that you shall be this service in this month very interesting that all those are actually
giant tribes. That is their interest in the Hittites, the Amorites, the hip Bites, the Jebisites, the Amorites is the king of Bashan is the Amorite. So I think that's just another thing from Genesis six that people just overlook and don't see that God is like against these giants. So it says seven days until you shall eat eleven bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the Lord. Eleven bread shall be eating seven days, and no eleven bread shall be seen among you, nor
shall leven be seen among you in your quarters. And you shall tell your son in the day saying this is done because of what the Lord did for me when he came to Egypt. Hold on, I don't know if this is still recording, but let me see. Maybe you gotta go upstairs. You have to go left, go upstairs, because I still have another twenty minutes I have to do this. So go upstairs and then I come down in twenty minutes.
Okay, please, okay, yeah, he could stay with Rex and play.
Just don't don't talk. Okay, all right, let's resume. Sorry, guys, I just had to stop it real quick. You probably don't see the stop or hear the stop, but I had to stop it because my daughter came down. It says eleven bread shall be eaten seven days, and no eleven bread shall be seen among you, nor eleven is among you in your quarters, And you shall tell your son in the day saying this is done because of what the Lord did for me when I came from Egypt.
It shall be as signed to you on your hand, and its memorial between your eyes, and the Lord law may be in your mouth. With the strong hand of the Lord has brought you out of Egypt. You shall therefore keep this ordinance in that season from year to year. So God is just explaining the feast of un leaven bread to the Israelites. And then there's also a law
from the firstborn law to the firstborn. So and it shall be when the Lord brings you into the land of Canaanites, as he swore to you and your father's and it gives to you. You shall set apart to the Lord all the open the womb, that it is the firstborn that comes from an animal, which you have. The males shall be the Lord's. But every firstborn of a donkey, you shall redeem with a lamb, and if you do not redeem it, you shall break its neck. And the firstborn of man among your sons shall you
shall redeemed. So it shall be when your son asks you in the time to come, saying what is this, you shall say to them, by strength of hand, the Lord has brought us out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. And when it came to pass, when Pharaoh was stubborn among letting us go, the Lord killed all the firstborn of the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of beasts. Therefore I sacrifice to Lord all males that open, males that open
the wound. But the firstborn of my sons I redeem. It shall be a sign on your hand as the frontlets between your eyes, for the strength of the hand of the Lord brought us out of Egypt. So as you see, these are all laws and things that God is giving to the Israelites, you know, and in remembrance of him taking him out of Egypt. So we'll continue reading.
It's the wilderness way. And when it came to pass when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God did not lead them by the way of the land of the Philistines, although there was near, and God said less. Perhaps the people changed their minds when they see war and returned to Egypt. So God led the people around by way in the wilderness of the Red Sea, and the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out
of the land of Egypt. And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, and he had placed the children of Israel. That's pretty interesting that he did that, you know, he took Joseph with him. That is so interesting. We you know, if you go to Genesis fifty, talks about Joseph dying right quite please. And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, and he had placed the children of Israel solemn oath, saying, God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones here with you.
So they took. So they took saccath and camped and eat them in the edge of the wilderness. And the Lord went before them by day and the pillar of the cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night before the people. All right, and we'll continue here. We're going to go to Exodus fourteen. Now we're going to talk about the Red Sea crossing.
And this is very interesting, and God is showing the power once again, you know, says Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, speak to the children of Israel, that they turn and camp by Hiroth, between Migdahl and the sea opposite of bail Ball Zephon. You shall camp before it by sea. For Pharaoh will say to the children of Israel that they are bewildered by the land. The wilderness has closed them in. Then I will harden Pharaoh's heart so that he will pursue them, and I will
gain honor over Pharaoh and over his armies. The Egyptians may know that I am the Lord, and they did so. So now he Now it was told the King of Egypt that the people had fled, and the heart of Pharaoh and his servants was turned against his people, and they said, why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us. So he made ready his chariot and took his people with him. We took six hundred choice chariots and all the chariots of egypts
with captains over every one of them. And the Lord hard in his heart of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and he pursued the children of Israel. And the children of Israel went out to the boldness. So the Egyptians pursued them with all the horses chariots of Pharaoh, and the horsemen and as armies overtook them, camping by the sea of Pharaoh before Bao Zaphan, and then Pharaoh drew near the children of Israel, lifted his eyes and behold, the Egyptians marched after them. So they were very afraid by
the children of Israel cried out to the Lord. Then he said to Moses, because there were no graves in Egypt, that they have taken us away to die in the wilderness. But they have so dwelt with us to bring us out of Egypt. It is not the word we have told you in Egypt, saying let us alone, that we may have served the Egyptians, for it is for it would be better, been better for us to serve the Egyptians, then we should die in the wilderness. So you guys,
see what's going on with the with the Israelites. They're complaining. And Moses said to the people, do not be afraid. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which we will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, he shall you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace. You see. So Moses is trying
to tell them to stand strong. Quiet. Please, baby, I don't know if they can hear me right now, If you guys could, Sorry, my daughter's trying to be loud. Can you please be quiet, baby, be quiet, don't talk, please, okay, thank you, love, gotta be quiet. Stop doing that. I'm I'm doing something, so please don't do that. I'm gonna take you upstairs if you do that. Okay, sorry, guys, All right, so let's continue here. We're on verse fifteen.
And the Lord said to Moses, why do you cry to me tell the children of Israel to go forward? But lift up your rod and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on the dry ground through the midst of the sea. And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over his armies, his chariots, his horsemen. Then the Egyptians shall know that I am
the Lord. I have gained honor for myself over the fraid and the chariots, horsements. All right, now, guys, check this one out. And the Angel of God capital a keep that in mind. The Angel of God, right, the Angel of God, who is the Angel of the Lord, Angel of God. Well, some of us that believe in the Trinity believe that this is Jesus. Okay, and not saying that Jesus is an angel, but angel actually means
messenger or the Word of God. Went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them, and the pillar of the Let's go back to the word, it says, and the Angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them, and the pillar of the cloud went from before them and stood behind them. So it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. Thus it was a cloud of darkness to none to one, and it gave light by night to the other. So that they did not come
near the other at the night. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the Lord caused the sea to go back by the strong east wind. And that night they made the sea into the dry land. The waters were divided, so the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea to the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them to the right hand over the left. And the Egyptians pursued and went over them into the midst of the sea. All
Pharaoh's horses and chariots and his horsemen. Now it came to pass in the morning watch the Lord looked down upon the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of cloud, and he troubled the army to the Egyptians, and he took off their chariot wheels, so that they drove them with difficult The Egyptians said, let us flee from the face of Israel, for the Lord fights for them against the Egyptians. Then the Lord said to Moses, stretch out your hand over the sea, and let the waters come
back upon the Egyptians. So the chariots and their horsemen, and Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. And when the morning appeared, the sea returned to its full depth while the Egyptians were fleeing into it. So the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them, not so much, not so much as
one of them remained. But the children of Israel had walked on the dry land and the midst of the sea, and the waters were wall of them, and their right hand on their left. So the Lord saved Israel that day from the hand of the Egyptians, and the Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore. Thus Israel saw the great work which the Lord had done in Egypt, so that people feared the Lord and believed the Lord
and a servant. So we see splitting the red sea, Israel walking through on dry land, and when the chariots were chasing them, you know, Moses closed it. And God had killed the Egyptian army and the Pharaoh in this. So that's Exodus fourteen. Super interesting guys. That first of all, God, you know, gave Moses the faith to be able to split the Red Sea. So God split the Red Sea, not Moses. Moses is just being a vessel. I think
that is very vastly important. And you know, this is the type of things that God is building a faith through the Israelites. When the Israelites see something like this, it builds their faith. You know, they just went through bondage, they went through slavery for four hundred and something years. They were probably crapped out, you know, from everything they went through. And you know, they're seeing that the Lord is still with him, and that's amazing, you know that
that God is still with him. So yeah, so sorry, guys, I'm being interrupted by my daughter. She came down, but I'm trying to keep her down quite a little bit so I could finish this off. I got another twenty minutes. I don't have a studio, you know yet, so it's a little hard for uh, for me. But let's go. We're gonna go to the Song of Moses. Okay. Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to the Lord and spoke saying, I will sing to the
Lord for he has triumph gloriously. The horse and its rider was thrown into the sea. The Lord is my strength and song, and he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him. The Lord is a man of war. The Lord is his name. Pharaoh's chariots and his army he cast into the red sea. His chosen captains also were drowned in the red sea. The depths covered them. They sank to the bottom like a stone.
Your right hand, o, Lord, has become a glorious in power. Your right hand, O, Lord, has dashed the enemies in pieces. In the greatness of your excellence, you shall overthrown who rose against you. You set forth your wrath it consumed a Sorry, guys, your right hand, the Lord has become glorious in power. Your right handed Lord has dashed your enemies into pieces, and your greatness or your excellence, has overthrown those who rose against you. You set your wrath.
All right, guys, I think maybe dude gold stairs. Okay, then be quiet, please love them. Okay, I can't concentrate on this is very hard. Go upstairs, baby, Okay, then pet him and be quiet. All right, my left okay, all right, let me resume. Sorry guys, and the blast of your nostrils, the waters were gathered together. The flood stood upon like a heap. The depths cong guild in your heart of the sea. The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil. My desires
shall be satisfied on them. I will draw my sword, my hands shall destroy them. You blue with your wind, the sea covered them. They sink like a lead in the mighty waters. Who was like you, o Lord among the gods, Who is like you, glorious and holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? You stretch out your right hand. The earth swallowed them. You and your mercy had led forth the people whom had redeemed. You guided them in your strength to your holy habitation. The people will hear
you and be afraid. Sorrow will take the inhabitants of Fistia Philistia. Then the chiefs of edom will be dismayed. Then the mighty men of Moeb like the Edomites and Moabites so they're talking about, tremble, will take hold of them. All the inhabitants of Canaan will melt away. Fear and dread will fall on them by the greatness of your arm. There will be still as stone till your people pass over,
O Lord. Till the people pass over, whom you have purchased, you will bring them in to plant them in the mountain of your inheritance. Oh in the place, o Lord, which you have made for your own dwelling, the sanctuary of Lord, which your hands have established. The Lord shall reign forever and ever. For the horses of Pharaoh went into his chariots and horsemen to the sea, and the Lord bracked the waters up sea upon them, and he went back to the midst of the sea. So all right,
so let's go ahead and stop screen shared. Sorry about that, guys. I'm uh fortunately, it's kind of tough. I have kids, so it's hard screenshare. Okay, we're back. So now we're gonna go over the song of Mariam. The song Mariam, the Prophetess, Prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the timbrium in her hand, and then women went out with her
with the timbrels, with the dances. And Mariam answered them, sing to the Lord, for he has triumph gloriously the horse and its rider he has thrown into the sea. So all right, we'll continue. We'll probably just finished this uh, maybe this chapter or the next. We got about fifteen you know, fifteen minutes or ten minutes left. We usually do a two hour study, so I tried to push it at least two hours. So Bitters says, bitter waters made sweet. So Moses brought Israel from the Red Sea.
Then they went out to the wilderness of Sure. Then they went three days in the wilderness and found water. Now, when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah. And the people complained against Moses, saying, what shall we drink? So we cried to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. Then he cast it into the waters, and the waters were made sweet.
There he made a statue of the ordinance to them, and he tested them, and he said, if you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in his sight, give ear to this commandments to each or to keep all his statutes. I will put none of his diseases to which I have brought to the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you. Then he came to Elim and the twelve wells of the water seventy palm trees, for they camped by the waters. So there we go, guys, and we'll
go to Exodus sixteen. We'll probably finish. Let me see how long it is. We're pretty close to wrapping up here. So Exodus sixteen is the Bread from Heaven. So let's check this out real quick. We'll probably finished with Exodus sixteen here. And then then they journeyed from Elim, and all the congregation the children of Israel came to the wilderness of sin which is between Ilim and Cyinai on the fifteenth day of the second month, after they departed
from the land of Egypt. Then the whole congregation and the whole congregation of the Children of Israel complained against Moses. See once again you have complaining here. Okay, So they're losing their faith again. They just saw what, you know, Moses split the Red Sea and do all these miracles, and now it's like they're complaining against Moses and Aaron
again in the wilderness. And you know, it's what happens when people start to lose their faith, you know, and the children of Israel said to them, oh, he had died by the hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt, and we sat by the pots of meat, and we ate bread to the full. But we have brought us into the wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger. Then the Lord said to Moses, behold, I will reign bread from heaven. I will reign bread from
heaven for you. And people shall go out and gather a certain quota every day that I may test them whether they may walk by my law or not. And it shall be on the sixth day. They shall prepare what they bring in, and it shall be twice as much as they gathered daily. So God is going to be testing their faith. Then Moses and Eric said to all the children of Israel, out the evening, that you shall know that the Lord has brought you out of the land of Egypt. And in the morning you shall
see the glory of the Lord. For he hears your complaints against the Lord. But we all but that we but that are that you complain against us. As Moses said, this shall be seen by the Lord and gives you meat to eat in the evening and in the morning bread to be full for the Lord. Here's your complaints which you make against him, and that are we Your
complaints are not against us, but against the Lord. So what he's saying is every time you guys complain, that God is hearing you, and you're not complaining against Moses and Aaron like us, you're complaining against the Lord, which is you know, you shouldn't be doing you know, so you should have faith that God is going to take care of you, just like you did getting you out
of the land of Egypt. Then Moses spoke to Aaron and saying, to all the congregation and the children of Israel, come near before the Lord, for he has heard your complaints. Now it came to pass, as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they look toward the wilderness and behold, the glory of God appeared in the cloud. What is that right? The glory of
God appeared in the cloud. That's very interesting. Maybe the Holy Spirit, maybe Jesus and the Lord spoke to Moses saying, I have heard the complaints of the children of Israel. Speak to them, saying at twilight, twilight, you shall eat meat. In the morning, you shall be filled with bread, and you shall know that I am the Lord God. So it was it was that quail came upon the evening and covered the camp. In the morning, the dew lay
all around the camp. And when the layer of dew lifted, the service of the wordness the small, small, round substance as fine as the frost of the ground. So when the children the Israel saw it, they said to one another, what is it? For they knew what it was. Moses told them, this is the bread which the Lord has given to you to eat. This is the thing which the Lord commanded you. That every man gathered according to each one's need, one omar for each person, according to
the number of persons. Each man took those that were in the tenth. Then the children of Israel did so, and gathered some more, some less. So when they measured it by omers, he who gathered much had nothing left over. He who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one's need. And Moses said, oh, did I go too far? Hold on, I think I went too far here, my bad, Sorry about that, guys. Moses said to them, this is the bread which the
Lord has given to you. To eat. This is the one thing that Lord has commanded. Let every man gathered according to each one's need, and to Omars each person's number of persons. Let every man take for those who are in his tent. Then the children of these Israel did so, and gathered some more, some less. So. When they measured it by Omars, they gathered it much so they I think I might have read that part. I'm sorry, guys. So then the children of is Reel did so and
gathered some more, some less. So when they measured it by Omars, they gathered much had left over, and he who gathered little had no lack. Every man had gathered according to each one's needs. And Moses said, let no man, let no one leave it any of it till morning. Notwithstanding, they did not heed Moses. But some of them left part of it to mourning, and it bred worms and stank, and Moses was angry with them. So they gathered it every morning, every manicorring to his need, and the sun
became hot and it melted. So they're not taking heed, they're not listening to the commandments. They're the commands that God has given them, or that Moses is telling them. So Moses became angry with them. Guy, he's getting frustrated
with the people. You understand, Like, it's hard, Guys. I've been in the army and I've been a sergeant over five people, and it's hard to even you know, you got these needs and wants of five people, you know, when you're when you're leading five, I could imagine leading you know, millions like God like Moses is doing, you know, and it's going to be different personalities and different people
giving different ideas to each other. And and it's going to be some people are gonna be feeling some type of way, and it's going to be like spreading like a disease to the other people. That's why they're complaining, you know, because you got these some people that are probably you know, have faith and they're probably feeling good about what God is doing, and some people that are losing faith, and those people are probably influencing the other
people to complain. And that's what happens. It's like a cancer. And that's what I'm seeing here, you know. And and they're they're starting to lose faith and separate themselves from God. And then He's given them commandments and they're not listening. They're not doing what he's saying. We'll continue reading here it says. And it was on the sixth day that they gathered twice as much bread to omars for each of them, and all the rulers of the congregations came
and told Moses that. He said to them, this is what the Lord said, Tomorrow is sabbath, rest a holy sabbath to the Lord. Bake what you will bake today, Boil what you will boil, A lay up for yourselves all the remains that have kept until morning. So they laid up till morning, and Moses commanded they did not and it did not stink, nor were there any worms in it. Then Moses said, eat that to for today is a sabbath to the Lord. Today you will not find it in the field. Six days you shall gather it,
and on the seventh day there will be none. You see what I mean. So now it happened that some of the people went out to the seventh day to gather, but they found none. And the Lord said to Moses, how long were you fuse to keep my commandments in my laws? See, for the Lord has given you the sabbath. Therefore he gives you on the sixth day bread for two days, and let every man remain in the place, that no man go out in his place on the seventh day, So the people rested on the seventh day.
See what he's trying to do. He's trying to like, he's trying to tell them, and they're not Yeah, they're not following the commandments. So we got this is going to be the last chapter we go over today. Thank you guys for your patience. I apologize that my daughter had come down and it caused some pauses here, but you know, I can only do my best. I don't have a studio to go to. I have to do this out of my house. So I know you guys will have grace for me, because you guys are awesome.
And the Lord's house of Israel was named, and the House of Israel called its name Nna. And it was like white cord or seed, and it taste of it was like wafers made with honey. And Moses said, this is the thing the Lord has commanded. Fill an omar with it and to be kept your generations. And they may see the bread which I have fed you in the wilderness that I have brought you out of the
land of Egypt. And Moses said to Aaron, take a pot and put an Omar of Mana in it, and lay it upon before the Lord, to be kept for their generations. And the Lord commanded Moses. So Aaron laid it before the testimony to be kept. And the children of Israel ate Mana forty years until they came to the inhabited land. They ate Mana until they came to
the border of the land of Canaan. Now Omar is one tenth of an epath, So all right, so we went where So we went all the way to Exodus seventeen, Praise God, from Exodus five all the way to seventeen. That's amazing. You know, I think we went through a lot. We'll pick up there next week. If I have any other guests, come on. I'll see if I could book somebody. If not, it'll just be me. You know, this is
a Bible study that we go over. You know, right now we're in the Book of Exodus, and I just think that it's vastly important for everybody that's listening to to, you know, to read the Old Testament. That's why we're going over the Old Testament. We're going to try to go from the Old Testament to the New. Might be some difficult stuff to go over, like Leviticus, but if you guys can just stick with me and you know, continue to study the Word with me, I really appreciate it.
I think it's important. And if I do have anybody on you know, to do like a roundtable or something like that, I will try to get as many guests as I can to come and do that. But so we'll stop here at Exodus seventeen. Like I said, I really appreciate you guys listening to the Bible study and to the show. And then, yeah, I really appreciate you guys listening though, and we are definitely moving right along in the Old Testament. I can't
believe we're all the way to Exitus seventeen already. That's amazing. So let's go ahead and end this in prayer. So, Father God, in the name of Jesus, I really super appreciate everything you do for us, Lord, and I see that you were you were, you know, bringing the people out of Israel you know, I'm sorry, out of Egypt then, and you know, your your Hebrew Israelites and and showing them your signs, your wonders, your miracles, and you were you were doing so much for them, and sometimes they
lose faith. And I know a lot a lot of us do the same. We know that you do all this for us, Lord, and you know you gave us Jesus to die on the cross, and and you give us power in his name, and you do certain things for us. And sometimes we lose faith. So when we lose faith, Lord, please help us to gain more faith
and to not sin and separate ourselves from you. So anybody that's listening right now that's having trouble with the faith or not having faith, if you could just supernaturally assist them and help them realize you know that you're there for them every step of the way. I really appreciate you giving us the time to have this Bible study. I pray that you bless this Bible study and you bless the people that are listening. Lord. Please thank you. I love you in Jesus' name. Amen. All right, thank
you guys so much. I really appreciate you guys listening. Let me stop the screen share and yeah, if you guys could, if you guys are on the Patreon, you guys could see this in video. If not, just going to be on audio. So thank you guys so much for listening. I love you guys, and God bless you.
