Marco and Laura the infidels. There was once in a small town a man named Marco and a woman named Laura. Both were married to their respective partners, but their marriages were not as happy as they appeared to be. Marco was married to Helena, a dedicated and loving woman, but over time, the spark in his relationship had begun to fade away and spent more time arguing
than enjoying each other' s company. Laura, for her part, was married to Roberto, a hardworking man and accent, but routine and lack of communication had eroded her relationship. One day by chance, Marco and Laura met at a cafe in the city centre. They began to speak and quickly realized
that they shared many of the same frustrations and longings. Each conversation became more intimate and personal, and soon what began as an innocent friendship became something more framework and Laura began to meet in hiding, first for coffee, then for dinner and finally to spend nights together in a small hotel outside the city. At this time, both felt alive in a way they had not experienced in years. They forgot their problems and dived into the passion and romance they thought
they had lost forever. However, the happiness they found in their secret adventure was built on an unstable basis. The lies and excuses they told to their partners began to accumulate and keeping the front of normality became increasingly difficult. Helena and Roberto, although they trusted their spouses, began to notice changes in their
behavior and attitude. One night, while Marco and Laura were together in their usual hiding place, Hena decided to follow her husband by suspecting something was wrong. At the same time, Roberto found messages on Laura' s phone confirming her worst fears. They both arrived at the hotel almost at the same time and faced the truth, the pain and betrayal were overwhelming. The confrontation was bitter, full of tears.
