The theme for the two day conference was Tibet: The Water Tower of Asia (Towards a Global Common Good). The conversation features Mrs. Dechen Palmo, Environmental researcher at Tibet Policy Institute and Dr.Tenzin Tsering, a post doc at the University of Eastern Finland, Finland who shared their experiences and prospect of the conference.
