Myths about Home Education : Socialization

What a child will come to think and learn about relating to others will come from the home. Patterns of behavior and speech learned early in life are the foundation for the rest of life. Where did the term “socialization” originate ? Does it belong in the terminology of a free republic? Who should be influencing our children? We will discuss the differences in outcome of a standard classroom in the school system vs the outcome of an 8 hour day in a home education setting. You may be surprised to find out that what is claimed is the opposite of what is true.
