[SPEAKER_04]: under a million dollar market cap which Brian did he found it and this thing is now an internet sensation punch the monkey so Brian we're going to go over a punch the monkey story with Brian and then we'll go over a little bit of news and set up the run-downs for next week when we get back into our normal flow. [SPEAKER_05]: We've had like the moodings of the world that chubby little spicy pork pig that was viral across the world but now punch a little bit different story around punch the monkey. [SPEAKER_05]: I'm sure if you're watching the rundown you have internet access so you probably know everything in anything about punch the monkey but we'll recap it a little bit.
[SPEAKER_05]: it's a monkey in the in the Japan that's at a local zoo that was abandoned by its mother. [SPEAKER_05]: Never love the like to hear that happens locked on the animal kingdom world. [SPEAKER_05]: Latches on to the zookeepers because they're taking care of them. [SPEAKER_05]: Then they decide to introduce punch the monkey to the other orangutans and the other monkeys.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I didn't go quite as planned, you know, this monkey was carrying around a stuffed orangutan, Ikea orange monkey, this stuffed monkey treating it like it's mother. [SPEAKER_05]: And I like to always say, we all have a little bit of a punch to monkey in us, you know, the vulnerability, you know, we're getting bullied in the school yard.

[SPEAKER_04]: But what do what do I call any thoughts on punch the monkey? [SPEAKER_04]: Any thoughts on how you guys find these gems?
[SPEAKER_03]: you know, I thought this trade was dead, but I'm seeing it more and more my timeline and Brian's like, there's no way this can go up. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, you must have been in the mean world along my friend young young Patawan, but yeah, major influencers are just starting to make memes out of it to push their own brand. [SPEAKER_03]: Hey, if Japan comes out and say, hey, this is the national animal. [SPEAKER_03]: Hey, we're going to move.
[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's a good point is it started off as like, okay, this is a cute internet thing. [SPEAKER_04]: It could have legs and then, you know, you guys kind of put your formula momentum money makers of diving in and trying to find East token prices that have this kind of viability behind them. [SPEAKER_04]: And so we found it and we definitely thought, okay, this is a good formula, we could definitely see this.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then since we released that episode, I think what is the most interesting kind of what I brought was like, hey, I have some old friends at like say bar stool and they started making, they have nothing to do with crypto, but they start making videos about punch the monkey and I'm sending it to you guys being like, yeah, this thing hit another level.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like it's another level of jet fuel and then the token price, which I'll share the screen now, [SPEAKER_04]: is just soaring with the continued you know virality of this monkey like there's I haven't been watching like tv as much because we've been super busy here but um there's no doubt that this is hitting like the morning news right. [SPEAKER_05]: No, no doubt about it.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm getting text messages from friends asking me about Punch the Monkey, not about the token about Punch the Monkey. [SPEAKER_05]: Unfortunately, we never personally invested in it, Joe, or I did not, and then we didn't even give it a call to the community because some of these can get so hot and cold and the market's been very in an interesting place with a lot of these meme coins.
[SPEAKER_05]: But this punch the monkey is starting to give off a different vibe because there's a new story behind it every day, latches on to this IKEA monkey, it's snuggling it, tries to get embraced by the other live monkeys and then there's that video, you guys saw the video when the other mother monkey like dragged punch around, it was horrible, it like made me feel badny, dragged it around and of course, where did punch go, right back to the stuffed animal, to be embraced, to be loved.
[SPEAKER_05]: Now, we'll get a little bit more update to you. [SPEAKER_05]: You just told me a little bit ago that Punchers get groomed by another monkey. [SPEAKER_03]: So it looks like the monkey is might be a more hasting it. [SPEAKER_03]: More than one monkey is now embracing Punched a monkey. [SPEAKER_03]: And more so than Olympics, this is bringing humanity together. [SPEAKER_03]: There seems to be.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm not invested financially, but more importantly Brian, which is a key indicator on how we find these memes I didn't invest it emotionally, my friend.

[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but the only thing I'm a little worried about is Moodang might eat punch the monkey Moodang versus punch in some That was Asian zoo that would cause a major spike in the price. [SPEAKER_05]: You know as [SPEAKER_04]: Can we merge the meme coin market with Polly Market and get Moodyang and punch the monkey in in a And a halt like what did I call that but like a WWE cage match [SPEAKER_05]: I would have to think of the monkey, even as young age. [SPEAKER_05]: It's resilient.
[SPEAKER_05]: It has the thumb. [SPEAKER_05]: I think it could take it down, you know? [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's not the opposite of what that is. [SPEAKER_04]: Big, the opposable thumb. [SPEAKER_04]: And I guess he could use the arms of the stuffed animal monkey, like maybe a choke. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, look at Tom Aspenwald, like a poking the eye with a finger and he went down these downward months.

[SPEAKER_05]: If I'm Donald Trump right now and I'm talking about tariffs, talking about the Supreme Court, Nixon, my tariffs, and I'm like 10%, 15%, throw a tweet out about Punch to Monkey. [SPEAKER_05]: Pull this all together. [SPEAKER_05]: We're going to 200 million of that happen. [SPEAKER_05]: I might be the next school, but it has it right now. [SPEAKER_05]: I'm not buying a 40 million.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hunches another monkey. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that would just not be good for the token. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: But it would be in the viral meme moment. [SPEAKER_03]: It would go with press and that, that press. [SPEAKER_03]: But everyone's eyeballs on it.
[SPEAKER_04]: I kind of like the negative press, whether it was the monkey gets torn off or he gets in a fight yet. [SPEAKER_04]: I love he dovy stuff with, I think, ends this. [SPEAKER_02]: I think you have punching another monkey might be good because he's grown up. [SPEAKER_02]: He's who big, right? [SPEAKER_02]: It was coming back story. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, from a humanitarian point of view, we would probably not want that, but for anybody's back, I course.
