Praise Your Way Through the Gates
Episode description
Psa 100:4: "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name."
What is the significance of Gate and Court?
Gates are a barrier to check/control entry.
It can be for good or for bad.
Some people pass through the gate of hell and destruction, others pass through the gates to their blessing.
Whatever gate you are passing through now, God has promised you victory.
Psa 107:16: "For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder."
So, praise God for the victory he gave you in whatever gate that you are in.
Every gate of hell/ failure / sadness / stumbling / limitations are lifted in Jesus name
The Psalmist says enter his courts with Praise.
Court is a place of judgement.
Court can be a place of victory or damnation.
What has brought you to the court of heaven to bring you damnation?
The Bible says: Satan is the accuser of the brethren. He brings us before the court of heaven (Rev 12:10).
It could be shame, joblessness, lack, failure, difficulty, challenge, confusion, etc
Don’t panic!
Why?
God is the judge.
And you have a lawyer… Jesus. He is your advocate – He defends us in the court of heaven to give us victory
1Jn 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
Whatever gate that is before you or the court that you are in, give thanks to God because He has given you victory through Jesus.
Therefore, praise your way through the gates and courts as you go into the weekend.
