A daily meditation practice can do so much for us, from reducing our stress levels and anxiety to promoting emotional health and self-awareness, we can even lengthen our attention spans and increase our ability to focus! Often when we think of meditation a spiritual person, such as a monk or priest comes to mind- someone that has spent years perfecting their meditation- an expert. With that thought, we limit ourselves as to what we can accomplish. You see, the only way that experts become so is through practice- by actually applying what they have learned to their life. So, let’s practice!
