Lindsay Craven is the Artistic Director for MerleFest, one of the world's premiere traditional music festivals. The four-day event also takes place in my back yard of Wilkes County, North Carolina. In this episode I talk with Lindsay about some cool behind the scenes stuff like talent scouting, talent booking, logistics, and audience feedback. We also discuss some of our favorite MerleFest performances and Lindsay reveals her dream artist yet to perform.
