Well, 11 weeks worth of time, just passed bringing us to week 12. So that's how about is appreciate that we, you know, we may have missed on the harmonica bet last week but the Crimson cash return. On investment is still better than your FTX account. So, keep that in mind, folks. But we did hit on the other bets that we told you to make especially the ones on Twitter.
Nebraska let us down. They didn't score the points they needed to man oh man the Buckeyes did what we thought they were going to do in the Hoosiers. Unfortunately did what we thought they were going to do so we'll see how this week shakes up for us. Yeah I'm tired of bending overs on other teams but we shall see. Yeah, let's let's look at it. We have first off. Illinois. Is that Michigan? Not A lot of respect for the Big. Ten West, probably not, probably not deserved, but a Michigan is
a 17 and a half Point favorite. Yeah, I actually like Illinois. You can still get him at 18, I do like that number. I'm going to stay away from the over-under on this at 42. I think this could be like a little slug Fest type deal is Michigan. Really taking Illinois, seriously. I don't know. But 18 seems like way too many points. So, give me those points. We have Northwestern going to Purdue Purdue in the hunt for the Big Ten West Championship.
Wow, they're a bigger favorite. They are a 19-point favorite at home in West Lafayette yeah boy this one's tough if you know the way I see this one going is like the single probably like nine to three at the half or something some nonsense like that. Like when you just see like you know, Northwestern shutting down produce off. Fence and Northwestern came with the bulk, is they their Northwestern came with the ball. I like 146 here. I think that might be the play
on this game. Yeah, produce a team. I can't get a Hamming. I'll get a handle on next week when they're playing Indiana. I know they're going to win, but it's like they look like garbage against Iowa. And then, as we talked about last week, they come out a little bit nervous, how they're going to look against Illinois. Like it just kind of like, don't I wouldn't write them off and they come out and win their, they're just, they're all over
the board. Yeah, I'll probably pick him to cover next week, but, but in this game I like the under. I think this will probably a low scoring Affair, even if Purdue put some points on Not sure, Northwestern will put up a ton. All right. Nebraska, your favorite team is hosting Wisconsin. They are 12 and a half. Nebraska is a 12 and a half. Point Underdog got two shows on. It shows the action network is opened at a three-point game. Wisconsin million 3.5. I'm not sure.
When that open, when that was aligned with that would have been fun to take. But yeah you have Wisconsin with a 12 and a half point line to cover. You can still get this a 13th at some books 39:39 on the overrun. That is low, but I think that's based on Nebraska's inability to score. This one's tougher me. I think Nebraska, probably covers. I just think it's a lot of points to be giving him at home against a, not great Wisconsin team. I plan to stay away from this one.
But if I'm picking a side, I'll take a Brassica to cover Ohio State continue, knock off button for James. We got to get you one, you gotta win some bets by a communist. Holding my phone away from me and apparently that does nothing. So I'm not going to bother with that anymore. They have you buttons to Ohio State going to Maryland. They've continued their run of double-digit being favored double digits. This one is 20, plus they are 27 and a half Point favorites.
Pig, Ohio State's going to cover that. I think this total is going over 64 and a half now. Oh God, moreover under the Ohio State. You're probably right though, probably. Right. All right. That's a good bet my friend and I'm going to give you some others here. Ohio state is going to cover that and the Ohio State team total 45 and a half points. You want to get in on that. Okay, let me, let me, let me give you a little history here. I'm writing it down.
Yes, okay, going a little history here on Ohio, State and Maryland. All right, this 64 and a half number here. Has covered in every one of their last five meetings. So, so they've scored over 64 and a half in every one of the last five games they've played and that 27, and a half line, Ohio, state would have covered that four of the last five. So, Ohio, State owns, Maryland is what I'm saying and there will be a lot of points scored.
That's a, that's good info man. Look at you, I love it. Coming in hot. That's harmonica bet. Worthy stuff, you know, I'm not gonna do this, you know, you're lucky because I've got some really good stats on another game and you're going to thank the Lord that I didn't make you bet it. Oh God, I think it's two games coming up. All right, Serena Penn State at Rutgers, I don't think this is the game.
I think it's the next one. Penn State is at Rutgers Penn State is a nineteen and a half Point favorite. Whoo-hoo. Yeah, that's a lot of points pressed. I would take Rutgers and get those points. I think it will be a low scoring thing. I guessing it'll be like 9:32, you know, sold right around that number. I don't love it. I think the under might be a better play on 45 but then again you know Penn State could put up, you know, 42 points, you know.
So I'm going to stay away from This game, I see no real edge here to be betting, you're probably right, although I kind of like Penn State. My dogs going nuts in the background apologize. I see Penn State. I like Penn State to cover that 19 and a half. I just, I don't think Rutgers is great and I think Penn State's and that weird spot where I think they're easily the third best team. But there there's not better than Michigan or Ohio State. And that's like, no, no fault.
But I think, like they're, they're probably better than, you, know, two or three touchdowns over every other team. Yeah, it doesn't. This have a feeling that like sean-nós defense will, you know, put up a real stingy effort or something. I don't know. This just has trap written all over to me with that 19, a half point. So I'm going to probably stay away.
Yeah, I can see that I can see. This is one of those, you know, games were Franklin just, you know, crushes, a bad team to kayak and then, you know, they end up losing their bowl game because they're there that will anyway. All right, here's a game. I think you have a lot of info on. Iowa at Minnesota, I just despise betting, Iowa. They're not fun to bet against the. They don't do what they're
supposed to be doing. They're not fun to watch the over-under is 32, but Iowa is a three point Underdog going into Minnesota. Okay, I love this game Scott. Okay, I know it's going to probably be horrible to watch but here's a few things to note for this game, okay? The last five meetings between Iowa and Minnesota Iowa has won every single one of them and the total has gone over at least 32 and a half in the last four. So, the lowest total they played in their last four was 42 points.
All right? So but that means you're betting Iowa's the over on an Iowa game. This season that's not a great place to be, and I knew you were going to say that. But I would games. We have covered a 32 and a half points in three of their last five games and Minnesota has covered that total and four of their last five. So okay, so you know yes, it has been a trap to take Iowa but I 32 and a half that mean that number is just ridiculously low. I also like the Hawkeyes plus up till goal here.
All right, Iowa over under. I'm going to bed. I'm ready. That's why I'll over. I know, you know, I really won't for cock aim. No, I'm not gonna have fun watching Iowa. Already last Gator partway put it into user. Probably, that's what I'm going to do. So I'll post that on Twitter. Yeah, I'll put that over in one of my teaser. I'll do an over-under teaser parley. I'll put that on Twitter. Look for that on Saturday morning. Okay. Would you put my Iowa money line
in there? Not in that parley but I might think about doing a small bet on Iowa, moneyline. Okay, last one, a team you're not going to put on the money line. Indiana Indiana travels to Michigan State, Michigan State. The team that everyone, you know, collectively wanted to laugh at earlier in the year, dumpster fire. Mel Tucker's, bad contract. Yada yada yada just word to the wise. Michigan state is going to become Bowl eligible with a win
this weekend. If they beat the Indiana Hoosiers which I think they will. This is a Michigan State, only a ten and a half Point favorite. This opened at a 13 and a half point line, it's moved down to a 10 and a half point line. I mean, why are we not just taking Michigan State to cover 10 and a half at home, right? We are not. I would like to see that lying it down a little more and I think it might actually get down to 10 wide based on what like why is it moving down?
I have no idea apparently. You people haven't walked, I you play football to me. This is a game of motivation. Missing a state is very motivated to win this game because this gets them Bowl eligible. And Indiana does not seem to be motivated to play football in the Big Ten anymore. So I think these two things, they don't bode well for the Hoosiers and I think ten and a half. While that is a pretty big number. I think, Michigan state is going to be able to put up some points.
Much like every other team has and our defense is stingy enough and we don't know who the quarterback is going to be. Do we know who the quarterback can be for you? No, no. Okay. Well are you will ostensibly have a quarterback of some sort Romans back then and then the yeah and how effective that's going to be remains unseen so yeah I think I hear a party to roll at home here. I just I wonder why this line is
moving down. I don't know, either, we had some funky Michigan State Line movement earlier in the year. If you'll remember correctly. I think it was specifically the game against Washington. The why I moved like six points and like three days or something? And then they went and just got the doors blown off.
I don't see that as we can. I don't think that joke you can joke about and be like, oh, you know, they're not white, like, people who are making the lines or not stupid, they're watching everything, they know a, you know, basically a three A point move on and only a, you know, 13 point line. That's a, that's a significant move in the direction that is not that is for direction. I would expect.
Well, what you have is a matchup that's been fairly close, you know, and I think that's where it's at. So, if you look at the last five meetings, between these two teams, there's only been one that's been more than, than What to that? Have been more than ten and a half points and I you won one of those 24 to nothing.
So, you know, you know, you got Michigan, State won by Five Michigan State 1 by 9, 14 and 8, you know, so I mean you can see its own the series but they haven't really blown out the Hoosiers. And I think that could be a part of it. So maybe that's why and, you know, and if you're looking at, it makes sense, right? But you know you also get it. When that 13 and a half opened as well. So you know, was there? I'm not sure that exact date it opened.
Yeah, it was that back with Michigan state was, you know, formal, you know, is it? I mean, it has this line been out for three weeks. Four weeks. You know whatever. Yeah. People can't make you feel Vegas has to get the Indiana line out people just don't demand it, I know, right. But you know you never know and you know so and sometimes those lines come out and they very quickly adjust you know, you You'll see it. Like I mean this is especially true with like the in-game betting is.
So you'll see, you know that crazy line movement, you know, like what I have first ends. You know, I see the first half ends on the IU Michigan State game. You're going to get a number, that's probably two to three points, differ on the spread of then you're going to get two minutes later. Yeah. And and and and so I think it's some of that it like immediately comes out and then the algorithm sorts out where people are going and adjust accordingly Any other thoughts you have on my you
football before we move on? I don't know what more can be said, you know, they're giving away student tickets for the old Oaken Bucket game and I don't know. Do you think they're gonna have to try to fill up Ohio stadium for the Michigan? Ohio State game? What are you giving away tickets to try and get butts in the seats into there? But when you're wiping, I hear
you. But it's like Michigan, Ohio State of both been like you know competitive team for years or tube top 5 teams you look like you know I mean are they giving away tickets to Illinois? Northwestern, probably. But they have they have it. I'm sure they have attacked, you know, when I went down to school there, if you lived in the dorms student or season tickets to football are part of your, you
know. Yeah, I can imagine and you had, you know, they're, you know, you've got to buy, you know, football tickets to get basketball tickets and things and, you know, it's it would be really nice to have a program that people want to go. See, you know, that you don't have to do that stuff. It's like you know what? We've sold out you know already, you know, I don't know. That would be nice. Purdue doesn't seem to have that
problem. No, but it I agree with you would be nice but it's like you need a program that actually provides some sort of entertainment and positive experiences in the game's. You go to some point. Yeah. That's what it's all about. I mean and they're not going to mean, I don't, I don't want we can work more. We can say about this team. We don't even know who the quarterback is going to be this
weekend. I'm guessing it'll be Dexter Williams and if it's not through, there's a problem in my mind because he looked far superior to Connor Bane's lack last week and, you know, I don't know, you know, that Tom Allen, well, he plays Bernie practices that to me that was the most
mind-boggling thing. You know, to hear come out of his mouth like If you never played, how would, you know, you know like it just doesn't make sense to me and the Allen Iverson quote came into my head and you know I was thinking about that the rest of the day and because I'm sure that's what whether dr. Williams had to, I mean, it's got to be right, probably probably wasn't Forest. He probably wasn't born when Allen Iverson said that.
So now your fire, right? Doesn't even know who Allen Iverson is, and then we rolled last game. I'll go, no, good good. Whoa, no. Go for it. Last game we have a UNLV at Hawaii. Hawaii is a 11 Point Underdog they've been all right. Yeah, once this year yes are plugging rainbows covered, you know, last week so but they did
lose the game as usual. I placed a moneyline parlay where I always take the team playing Hawaii, I will be doing that again, this Saturday, with the Running Rebels, I do think UNLV covers the 11 points and so that I might be taking that as well. All right. James, well, we gotta one one more week ahead of us and then we'll come back for the, the conference Championship Games, as well. I'm curious, what do you think
the early line for Indiana? Purdue will be produce 19 against Northwestern. Yeah, and okay. I'm going to call it now. I think Indiana is a 11 Point, Underdog at home. It may be 9, it's going to be that 10:51 range. I think it'll be more than that. I'm going to say 14 and a half. Okay? So high, oh, State at Northwestern, Ohio state was 38 and a half, right? And Ohio State at home against
Indiana was 40 and a half. Now, it's a do at home against northwestern's 19, so I mean, it's probably going to be somewhere around that 14 range. Would be my desk when you adjust for home field. Yeah, it's a we'll talk more about it next week. It's be a bummer.
If for news coming in to win what like eight games or nine games, or make games, I think, but also having a shot at the Big Ten Champion, Big Ten West championship in that game, we're playing for, you know, basically trying to get off the field because we haven't won since September. Like it's it's going to be a real bummer. Yeah, it's becoming a November tradition, isn't it? Well, I mean, just it's very lately. There was a time there we'd won like four out of five bucket
games. Wasn't that? Like two years ago? Yeah. Yeah. Well and you know, Purdue was down, you know. I think a lot of that was that the Hazel era was that his name? Yeah. Yeah. They were not very good and, you know, and, you know, we that's back when we put up points, you know, at least, you know, we were losing, we were still putting up, you know, 40 points a game. You know, we may, we may have I've lost a lot of 45, 242 shootouts, but at least we were entertaining.
We don't, we don't even take care of that part of it anymore, you know, and then that's me. That's the real disappointing part. It's not even fun to watch. Yep, I agree. All right. Well Jay we did clean up last week on them. So I mean I guess that takes the sting out a little they are fun to bet against that, that's for sure and they profitably they're not fun to bet against their profitable profit. That's very fair, there's the tag.
All right. James will, thank you guys again, everyone out there for listening James, great, great stuff today, great research and yeah, enjoy the weekend and we'll come back. We got two more of these leftist. Got feels like we just started. And here we are staring at my window. It's snowing and winter is upon us. And thankfully, the end of football is slowly coming to a close, but thank you for listening.
And for James, Scott, this is Scott for Crimson cash signing off most time, but the Crimson cash return. On investment is still better than your FTX account.
