17. The case of Ronald Dominque

In this week's episode, Jade discusses American serial killer and rapist, Ronald Dominque also known as The Bayou Strangler who murdered at least 23 men in Louisiana between 1997 and 2006. He's gotten away with a lot of crimes and nearly got away with murder when Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. This serial killer isn't talked about like Ted Bundy so I thought it was interesting.
