In the early 1990's, Seattle was the scene for the new grunge wave, computer techs and also a sadistic piquerist who enjoyed murdering and staging the bodies of young women. Robert Keppler, John Douglas and other criminal profilers analyzed the crime scenes, which were exceptionally bizarre and developed a specific profile of the killer; but when the repressive necrophiliac was eventually caught, he was nothing like they expected.
