In the late 1970's anonymous letters started coming to residents of Circleville, Ohio.  These letters said they would tell secrets the residents had.  These letters did not stop for almost 20 years.  It became serious when people actually got hurt because of these letters.  Join us as we discuss this mind boggling case.
