Sarah Sweeney was a 39 year old podiatrist living with her fire captain boyfriend in St. Louis, Missouri. In January of 2024 she was found dead in their home from a lethal drug overdose. Her death caused the media, law enforcement, and family members to speculate on the death of Grace Holland, Sarah's boyfriend's ex-fiance.
