Kelly Cochran was a young, outgoing, intelligent woman who did what she wanted to do and never thought about the consequences of her actions. She also happened to be a sociopathic serial killer. Kelly murdered and dismembered her lover, and then went on to murder her husband, all in cold blood. It is speculated that she may be responsible for multiple other murders in at least 4 states.
