Episode 2 features the gruesome 1985 kidnapping, rape, and murder of innocent eight-year-old, Nichole Lopatta. Please heed the disclaimer at the beginning of the episode, as it features explicit details about the sexual and violent nature of the crime. At the end, I briefly give describe why Wille continues to appeal this conviction. However, as it stands, he IS considered a serial killer.
