Alec Baldwin’s latest motion to dismiss his involuntary manslaughter case in the fatal shooting on the set of “Rust” has failed. Baldwin argued he was unfairly prejudiced when FBI testing on the gun destroyed it. Baldwin faces an involuntary manslaughter charge in the October 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the movie set.
