Rap mogul Jay-Z has filed a federal lawsuit claiming the woman who accused him of raping her at a VMA's after-party in 2000 defamed him. Jay-Z is also suing her attorneys, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, accusing them of civil conspiracy and malicious prosecution.
