Episode description

This might not have been on your history curriculum, but the mine wars (or coal wars) in West Virginia are an extremely important part of US history! Starting in 1912 with West Virginia coal miners demanding basic human rights and safety measures for their deadly job, this episode covers the first workers strike and all of the crime and murder that comes with it.
