69: Serial Killer Summer: Dennis Rader aka BTK, part one

This week is part one of our deep dive into one of America's most notorious serial killers, BTK. Dennis Rader took the lives of ten people over the course of 17 years. He evaded the police even longer; he wasn't arrested until 2005. He began having bondage fantasies at a young age and over time these developed a much more violent undertone. Like many other serial killers, Rader got to a point where fantasy was no longer enough. So, he proceeded to methodically stalk, torture, and kill women and their families.
