Lavender Lemon Drop

2 oz. lemon vodka

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

Lavender sprigs

1 tsp. Simple syrup

In cocktail shaker, lightly muddle lavender and simple syrup. Fill shaker with ice, add vodka and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
