Fall Prayer Series - Focusing Prayer

This is a recording of a talk I gave at the University of St. Thoams at the fifth session there of a Fall Prayer Series I'm offering both at UST and at St. Hubert's this fall.  During this talk, I explain what focusing prayer and what are its underpinnings.
