Resident Aliens Intro (1 Peter 1:1-2)

Christians are residents in a world that should see our hope for another world. Bob uses Peter's introduction (1 Peter 1:1-2) to outline God's work in us, and draws a lesson from the life of Peter, who learned to see God's perspective when he set aside both fishing net and sword to eventually follow Christ whole-heartedly. The service concluded with an important announcement about the Reeds' ministry at Creekside.
