Resident Aliens (1st Peter 5:6-14)

Peter, a disciple who previously denied Jesus, closes this letter with a call to trust a God who cares for us, to resist a Devil who seeks to devour us, and to stand firm in our faith with strength from God, His word and His church. Matt concludes with a plea to follow Christ, who will "restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you."
