¶ Introduction
Hello, my friends, I am coming to you straight out of my intuition calibration last module. And I gotta say I am on a natural high. Okay, it was amazing. The feedback was great. Being able to dig into your exact questions around why this isn't working for you or is working for you has been absolutely amazing. So I'm super grateful for that group, for all 12 of you. And I look forward to everybody else that comes into that program because it was seriously so much fun.

This work is not a temporary solution for your life. No, this is a complete transformation. So grab your coffee or tea and let's start you on the road to healing.
¶ Unleashing Your Healing Potential
And let me just say, you can do this. You are worth it and you are meant to thrive in life and business. So let's. Music.
¶ Embracing Imperfection
So I actually had my own little breakthrough today, you guys. I never get on here and pretend to be some perfect person that has all the keys to life and to happiness and just knows everything. I readily admit every day of my life that I am learning too, right? I am absolutely unashamed of that fact because I believe it puts me in a space where I keep my mind open to new possibilities and to bigger things because I allow myself to be a conduit for knowledge.
So that being said, this morning, I had a rude awakening about my choices of words. My choice of word, I should say. As you know, I do find words to be incredibly important. I spend my time with my clients to help unlock those words that are not serving them and release them so that we get to say goodbye to them, right?
So it was a little disheartening, but nonetheless, I'm happy that I got called out by by my coach, because I was like, I think I should, but I'm not really going to think about it. And then I'm going to, I'm just going to toss it around for a while and sleep on it and see what it feels like tomorrow. And this is pretty much what I said. To be honest with you, I was a little embarrassed after the fact, because I was like, oh my gosh. But at the same time, I am so okay with being called out.
Absolutely. If I am even remotely not in line with what I like to teach people and what I like to tell other people, I want to be called out. I want to be shown that so that I can correct it. And my coach did correct me. She said, you know, I think you should listen to this recording because you sound a little unsure. Now, to be fair, on my part, there is this one part of my life going on right now that I'm not sure about. And it is a business decision.
It's not about the podcast, but it is a business decision. And this is a call with my business coach. coach. And so since this thing is so kind of foggy right now, I did come across that way. It's not the way I love to talk. It's not how I talk about things that I am sure of, but sometimes decisions are a little bit hard and this one was new. It just came up. So I'm still like, what's happening?
¶ Growth Through Self-Reflection
So maybe I'll share that with you guys at some other time, but it was just funny to be be called out in that moment. And for me to have to look inside and say, oh my gosh, if I was the other person, the other coach listening to me talk right now, I would definitely be like, look, honey, we got some programs here we need to fix. So it was quite funny. And maybe some people would get upset with that.
Maybe they would feel triggered around being called out and having having to correct their own words and their own thoughts. But that's not me anymore, right? Maybe that was me at one time, but not so much anymore. I am totally okay with correcting that because now it means that I get to grow from this. I get to grow from this experience. And I get to know that when something comes up that I don't feel super sure about.
That I'm still allowed to use my intuition and I'm still allowed to make a choice even if I don't have all the information right because that's a block for me I feel that I have to learn everything about every situation a part of this is my emotional authority and human design but when I can do that like so many of you then I can see all the scenarios how it would work how it wouldn't work, and then I get to make my decision.
Well, sometimes that's a block. That is what I like to call a non-decision, right? That's when we put off making a decision so long and so thoroughly that we actually end up making a non-decision. So we don't actually do the thing, right? We don't actually take the leap. We don't actually follow through. So I'm laughing because, again, this is my story today. This is what happened to me this morning. And I have to tell you, it doesn't happen very often anymore.
It really, really doesn't. So it was a good learning experience.
¶ The Power of Intuition
And the only other thing I want to tell you guys about this kind of experience is what I have found in intuition calibration, the course that I just finished, like literally, you know, 20 minutes ago, is that so much of that is just tapping into our intuition and running with it, right? Now, I can't tell you the whole story, but I will say that the actual idea came to me very intuitively. In fact, it came to me in such a way that I was not expecting it.
And that's partly why it was was so wishy-washy for me and like, oh, I don't know, because it came so intuitively, when really I should have said, oh my gosh, this is such an intuitive direction right now that I absolutely need to listen. I'm going to fill into it and then I'm going to make a decision. But my choice of words was showing that I wasn't ready to make a decision and I was avoiding making a decision. So super, super important to remember that.
¶ Transforming Your Language
And I will say, if you are thinking about, okay, what words do I use then? Or what words would be better to show more confidence and to not only feel into that decision, but also confidently say, oh, no, I could do this. Right? right? First off, some things to avoid is I can't. Clearly, I know you guys are like, duh, Aubrey. No, it's a big one because even though we know we shouldn't say it, we absolutely say it. Okay. All the time. So I can't. Let's also avoid I should. Okay.
Should portrays this idea that. Something's pulling you towards something, but you don't even know like if it's possible. Or maybe you've decided against it, but you feel like you need to move towards it because it's like a should, right? So it could be like societal should, it could be like family type should, whatever it is, using that word gives you insight on what needs to be looked at again, right? The other one that I wanted to talk about is I need.
And this one specifically because it implies that something is scarce in your life. In order to fill in the blank, I need fill in the blank. It usually implies that you do not already have or you are not already in in the process of receiving. And that's just not a good way to focus on things. Instead for that one, I would say I desire. I love I desire because it also is very empowering to know that you get to have desires, right?
This is not something we think about a lot, but you do get to have have desires. Okay, you get to add those to your life, you get to desire to go on vacation. Like there's nothing selfish about it. There's nothing, you know, in humble about it. Is that a word? I don't know. Maybe. But we are allowed to desire things. And they're allowed to be things that are bigger, or lavish, or fancy, as Aspen would say. But you get to desire things in your your life. Instead of I should, I would say I get to.
I should wake up at 5 a.m. so I can start doing stuff before everybody else wakes up. I really should do that. How about I get to wake up at 5 a.m. Because I find that time to be super inspirational for the rest of my day or Or just really a great time to connect. So I get to wake up at 5 a.m. or I choose to wake up at 5 a.m. You know, I get to brush my teeth, right? I get to drive my daughter to school and spend that extra time with her.
So when we can start reframing some of these words that we're using quite often, then we get to really start changing our mindset. And sometimes it is those little things that help us in our everyday. I mean, I know I talk a lot about doing the coaching and getting in the subconscious release technique and being able to dig deeper because those make monumental shifts.
¶ Small Changes, Big Impact
Shifts but there are things that you can do like this reframing words that are going to help you today and they're going to set you up for progress and achievement later without it being this huge step so I think maybe today you start writing down some of those times that you say those words and maybe just reframe it and write it down because that way you can play with it you know Now, instead of saying this, I'm going to say this.
Do I like that? Do I want to change it? And just kind of play with it until it becomes a habit for you. All right, guys, I really wanted to share that message with you today.
¶ Wisdom in Words
Always, always choose your words wisely. Okay, sending all my love to you and have a beautiful day. We will talk soon.
