Leadership starts with the relationship with "self". Do you know WHY you are here. Have you refined the reason for your existence. Do you know without a shadow of a doubt what your soul-purpose is while you are here on Earth?

Leadership is not an outside - in mentality. Effective leadership is actually inside - out.
