This week's guest is Jay DeMerit. Former USMNT World Cup star and Vancouver Whitecaps Captain. During my time in Vancouver Jay taught me a number of things but one of the most influential sayings Jay had that has stuck with me is "Just Show Up". Jay taught me why it is so important to "Just Show Up" for each moment in your life and I wanted to pass this message along to you.
