This is the first episode of my new podcast. I'm Ann Diment, creative change maker and I'm passionate about helping clients create calm in their busy lives by having more creative playtime.
In each episode, I'll be sharing easy ways to sneak some creativity into your life, whatever it may throw at you, from my own experiences, and talking to some inspiring guests who will share how they used creativity to overcome their challenges and build their own resilience toolkit.
I hope it will inspire all of you who are listening to this to make some positive changes in your life and work through whatever challenges you might be dealing with or facing right now. Whether that's dealing with past trauma, challenges or setbacks, dealing with blocks to achieving your goals, or if you're just feeling burned out and exhausted as many of us are right now.
