65. Designing Your Figure - Which Body Type are You Creating?

Which body type are you designing for yourself? The Crossfitter lean look, with defined traps, strong legs, and muscular arms? The Bikini look with shoulder caps, defined arms, looking long and lean? The Influencer look, with round glutes, holding a curvy amount of body fat with muscle still popping through? Or maybe a combination of those? Or none of those! The Volleyball player look, the Gymnastic look, the runner… the list goes on.
The point is we have the ability to design our figures. There are 3 dials we can turn that determine which shape we create. Where specifically is there more muscle? How much muscle? And how much body fat? In this episode, I cover an example of 5 different types that were curated, the dials we can turn to create these and 3 key factors that you can take charge over today.
